Tony came out to clear a clog in our shower, and did excellent 5 start work. The company as whole, I had to drop a star for. Times were mixed up two different times, and we were quoted $800 for a service that wasn’t needed.

It was not actually at this place but rather my house. Arturo was my Tech and he is the consumate professional and an asset to Elite. I would recommend him and Elite to anyone. I was a little concerned at the onset that the estimate was a teaser and that I was going to be up saled when the Tech arrived. NOT AT ALL and it was good to do straight forward business with them. Highly recommended!

I was in urgent need and wasn’t getting any assistance from the landlord or a couple of other companies (both canceled 30 mins prior to the scheduled appointment). Called Roto-Rooter, knowing I could be spending a pretty-penny due to it being a weekend day, and the young lady heard my issue, empathized with my situation and had someone out here within 90 minutes. Now comes the best part; the Technician. Omar showed up, allowed me to explain the issue and what I thought was the problem (I have zero plumbing experience), he quickly assessed the issue, provided me with a couple options and the price (which was ok considering the issue and time). Throughout the entire process (which lasted less than an hour), Omar throughly explained each step, allowed me to ask questions, look over his shoulder and we shared casual conversation. Omar’s demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and expertise were all top-notch. However, it did not compare to Omar’s cool vibe and personality. A-1 Guy. He is the reason I am writing this review (I do not write reviews for what I often consider, doing your job) and the reason I will talk favorably about Roto-Rooter. Omar did his job and his personality put it over the top. Stay Cool Omar!! (Congrats again on the 2 new little ones)

Ryan made a quote over the phone based on pictures which was very fair, he was on time and the work was easier than expected so he charged me less than the original quote.He came back multiple times to check for leaks after the joints cured for enough time.He's extremely professional and reasonable. I will call and use him for any plumbing job I have in the future. I've already called him back for another job

For some reason, over the past year or so, my house has been in need of a plethora of plumbing repairs and I always count on Emory to do them. I've had them out here for things as small as a clogged line and things as major as a water heater repair. Plumber Francisco was even kind enough to talk me through a minor issue with my garbage disposal recently, free of charge. Bravo.

Go Plumbing has great customer service. I like that they reach out with estimated arrivals, warehouse info, etc. We had them repair a shower at the last minute and then fix a leaky toilet. Both jobs were handled by Miguel, who was friendly and professional. Jobs were well done and work site left completely clean. Go Plumbing is very easy to work with and is our go-to plumber!

We asked Almco to come out and do a sewer inspection on a property we are in the process of buying. Vlad came out right on schedule and did a very thorough inspection that found some issues that the previous homeowner didn't even know about. Thank you Vlad and Almco for saving us from a possible sewage line problem that could be a lot more expensive down the road!

In addition to installing a brand new York 3 ton air conditioning and gas furnace, Ideal's installation crew had to remove the 45 year old systems and a lot of flexible duct in a tight attic. They did an amazing job start to finish. They showed up on time each day, and put runners down to keep rugs and floors clean in the house. They were quiet, respectful, and knew exactly what to do with almost no direction from the homeowner ( me). Part of the smoothness of the execution was due to the fact that the manager spent significant time studying the project prior to developing the quotation. Secondly, he came back and spent a significant amount of time with the field supervisor a few days prior to installation to develop a plan of attack including the major work phases, the order of execution, and time estimates for all tasks. It was a truly complex project beginning with the removal of the existing system followed by the installation of a complete new furnace / A/C system, new controls, new, and much larger condenser, new and much larger flexible ducts in the attic space, and all of the electrical and fluid circuits involved. Although Ideal fields a team that has done this type of work many times before, they do not skimp on the pre installation planning which makes the execution much more efficient. On top of that, they exhibited deep on the fly craftsmanship when changing the routing to the new, much larger 18 flex ducts in a very limited attic space, as well as connecting them to registers in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hallway. This included sealing all the connections to assure conditioned air is contained under pressure and insulated all the way from the air handler to the registers ...no leaks! The 4th day in the afternoon, right on schedule, they were testing the system operating performance, setting up the smart thermostat, replacing the attic access door, cleaning up and taking care of the many finishing details. Super craftsmanship, very quiet execution, no drama, no negative surprises, friendly respectful employees, all at a fair price with no overruns. 10 out of 10!!
