I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon. Miguel showed up on Friday afternoon to evaluate the situation. He determined he did not have the necessary supplies and committed to come back on Monday morning. He returned on Monday morning and quickly determined that he had procured the wrong parts. He left to procure the correct parts, leaving all of the water in my home, turned off. He was gone for literally five minutes. But he had the correct pieces and he completed the repair. (So he said)I thought about asking him why he didn’t procure the part in five minutes on Friday afternoon so I wouldn’t have been without the shower all weekend, and I wouldn’t have to deal with a second visit, but I let it go.I was more concerned, that he did not put all of the decorative trim back on the faucet handle. Miguel ores before leaving that it “took a long time for hot water to come to the fixture.” It normally takes 20 to 30 seconds, but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I was directed not to use the shower that had been repaired for 24 hours.After waiting more than a day, I turned the shower on to use it. I immediately noticed two things. First, you could not turn it all the way on to the point where hot water would come out. The water never got beyond lukewarm. Second, the faucet handle was practically falling off. Maybe I’m a little picky, but both of these things should’ve been. readily apparent to a plumber that cared about his work.I called customer service. They told me that they would send the same plumber. Back to fix it. I asked that a different plumber be dispatched because I was not impressed with his work the first time. I was super clear about that. Five minutes later the original plumber called me to find out what the problem was. Obviously it was very uncomfortable because I had to tell him that I didn’t want him to come back and I thought he did a poor job the first time. His reaction was to chuckle and say, “oh, it sounds like it just needs to be adjusted.” That’s probably true, but why didn’t he make those adjustments before he left on Monday? In other words, his careless attitude was exactly the reason I didn’t want him to come back.I called customer service again, got a different person which is not a surprise since it’s a call center that you’re dealing with. The new person told me that the original plumber was still scheduled to come out and fix the problem.As a customer, I knew that the problem was probably easily fixed, but from a customer service perspective nobody seemed to be listening to me or care about my concerns. They pushed back and told me that they “liked to give their people a chance to correct their mistakes. My preference is that they send a qualified plumber that cares about the work and takes the basic steps to get the repair right the first time. If I wanted a plumber in training, I would expect to pay a lot less.I’m wasting another day at home, waiting for a plumber to show up and fix something that could’ve easily been dealt with two visits ago.

Professional and fast. We already had 3 different contractors out to identify an awful smell emitting from our guest bathroom. No one was capable. Scott identified the potential problem quickly and with the aid of their “smoke bombs” , which are effective. Took him less than an hour. We are happy to hire Bill Howe to do the repair work, especially because their quote was so reasonable!Scott and his partner Louie were excellent! They located the source of 2 leaks in 2 different bathrooms and made the repair the same day. Fast, efficient, professional, and respectful. I would hire Bill Howe again. It’s so nice to find a company that cares about their reputation and their clients.

Difficult to find leak. Found it and fixed it. Have used them multiple times and they are often able to provide same day service. Would highly recommend!

Joe was great- went someone right away and then when I had questions he sent someone back. My onlycomplaint was the second plumber wasn’t wearing a mask correctly (neck gaiter which kept falling down) and after I gave him a disposable mask he still didn’t wear in right. Other than that, everyone was friendly and professional and I’d definitely recommend them!

Daniel from Pro Max was very impressive. We had been without hot water for 5 days and kept getting outrageous quotes from other companies. We felt like they are trying to take advantage of our situation. Daniel gave us a quote over the phone and we had hot water the next morning, and what he had quoted us. He was quick, clean and efficient. We will absolutely recommend and employ Pro Max in the future. I can't say enough about the service we received.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

I recently had Rooter Solutions replace my entire sewer system. That's right, a total replacement of everything between the sinks/toilets and the city's line in the middle of the street. RS had the most competitive bid of the five companies I sourced. Plumbing issues are no one’s favorite. Especially homeowners as these repairs can be costly. You never know what the full situation will be until you have it looked at. I called 1st Response Plumber because they are local in the city in which I reside. I needed someone fast as I did not want to risk water damage. My water bill was getting ridiculous from the leak. The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone (Sarah) was so kind and put me at ease. She assured me that she would send her best plumber to our home to remedy the problem. Had them replace the sewer line between my house and the street.
They were early for the estimate and waited for me.
Their bid was much lower than their competition. Job was quick! 2 days, and started and ended just when they said it would. 5 months later, everything is working fine.

We put in a quote request throught their online form. They called us 5 minutes later to schedule the service call, the customer service person was super nice and answered our questions.After the came to our home, they provided us with a scope of work which we approved and by the end of the day they were all done. The Quick Water Heater team was my saving grace after four horrible days dealing with an incompetent landlord and home warranty company. I called Quick Water Heater and Plumbing at 3:30PM on a Friday out of desperation and Dimas answered the phone and reassured me from both a personal and professional perspective that the situation we were in as tenants was wrong. He patiently listened and coached me through next steps, speaking with me multiple times en route to our home as new questions came up. He and Gregg were at our home within the hour to survey the situation on sight and give an honest diagnosis of the problem. As renters, we needed to cover some legal basis before we could make a decision to replace the water heater and Gregg, the tech, gave us his personal cell phone number to call that evening since close of business was 5PM. We spoke with the Quick team at 6:30PM that night and they had a replacement tank ready and waiting for us the next morning. Our installation was completed by noon on Saturday.
