Just had work done by Eric. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and completed the work quickly. He left me with a good impression of the company and I’d absolutely use them again.

Scott and his crew were timely, discovered many problems through camera and documented video that were overlooked by other plumbers and inspectors and made repairs expertly with new efficient equipment. All were very polite and courteous and left the work are clean. We were very pleased with their work.

Clarence and Xavier were respectful and efficient. They accomplished the impossible! They made every effort to get the leaky pipe taken care of without having to go through our neighbor's adjoining wall! They even saved us some money. This is the second time I've used Bill Howe. We used them last year at my mom's house. I was very impressed.So when we needed a good plumber with reasonable rates, I suggested Bill Howe immediately. I highly recommend this company. Fast, efficient, honest and clean up after themselves!

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

My experience with Courtesy Plumbing could not have been better. We had two stubborn issues that we could not resolve ourselves. Lou Wiley was able to fix everything with a 1973 toilet and a shower with an obscure European hardware. I will ask for him specifically in the future!

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. So I called EZ Plumbing USA after getting a suggestion from an employee. He asked me to try their services. Surprisingly, their plumberfixed it without changing all the parts. He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe. I’m impressed by their services.

Jorge A from ALMCO was awesome. Came in fixed my drain and provided detailed explanation and recommendations. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout. Very quick work, cool workers

Paul and Ramon were highly skilled and capable. They communicated well with everyone and were responsive to our inquiries and requests. At first I thought the estimate was too high but after seeing the work Paul and Ramon did and considering the company’s warantee, I think it was quite fair. It was our first job using Point Loma Electric and won’t be our last. We have an older home and they did electrical work on our panel, outlets and switches, inside and out. We feel much safer and more secure. A+++

I had an emergency flood situation in my laundry room coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called a few plumbers prior to ARS to address the problem but didn't find what I was looking for. ARS answered the call and responded with the urgency that I needed. They quickly found and fixed the cause and then did a great job returning everything back to it's pre-flood condition. Very helpful, very friendly and very efficient.Thanks, guys!

We had Chuck the plumber come to assist in our misfortune of a plumbing issue. He was amazing and dispatch went above and beyond for me.

We have been using Master Plumbing for years and all were good until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us the estimate a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the pricing was very unprofessional. We should have called for another company.Master Plumbing used to give estimate for the job when you called. They didn't do it this time and let the Technician that came to your house to give out the number. We never had to call another plumber for a second estimate. But we will have to from now on.
