Best Video Sewer Inspection in San Diego CA

Jose came by today to take a look at a leaky sink. He was really nice, professional, and wore a mask the whole time. With COVID we've been really nervous about having people inside but Jose was very clean and conscientious the entire time.We ran into some confusion with the estimate where I wasn't going to be able to cover the cost for a full diagnostic, so Jose took an educated guess of where the leak was coming from without tearing apart the whole sink - and he solved it right away! SUPER great service, and really loved working with them. We have their card and will definitely be hitting them up for any work in the future. Thanks Jose and team!

AJ and Kenny from Team Rooter came in and repaired my old cast-iron sewage pipe within 4 days! These guys are the best in class and are super fast and responsive. Their quality is unbeatable as well. Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

This was a much bigger job than I had anticipated, but Kristian explained it thoroughly, so it wasn't as shocking as it could have been. I want to express my sincere thanks to and deep respect for Robert, Jose, and the other workmen on this job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, patient with my anxieties, very professional, unbelievably hard-working, painstaking, cheerful, and always on-time. They respectfully explained every step to me, kept the work area neat and tidy, and left it looking even better than they found it, even with the great big scar right in the middle of my patio! They couldn't possibly be paid enough for the difficult, demanding, and strenuous work they do. They are a credit to your company and to themselves.

Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

Anthony and his partner came out the same day and fixed a huge water leak that was super involved. The water department was out earlier that day, and another plumber, and neither one of them had a clue what was going on. Anthony found the problem straight away, fixed it that same day and just basically stopped a bad leak immediately that was snowballing into a nightmare of a situation. I would have had floor damage, cabinets.. bills upon bills. And stress. But all was avoided thanks to this amazing team of incredibly intelligent, caring and hard working plumbers. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Called these guys to clean out my storm drains and they found a disconnected pipe from my backyard to my front storm drain (which explained why it was backing up into my yard)… they came, diagnosed, and fixed the issue! It was a big job as they had to lift up just grass and work underneath it - and my grass looks untouched. They were very professional, timely, honest, and reliable! Will definitely use them again!

The underground pipes in our house were falling apart and clogged up. We had used ARS/Rescue Rooter before and had great service. So we called them again when the toilet backed up. Now it was time to redo the pipes. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everything they did was explained so we knew exactly what needed to be done and what was being done. We definitely have recommended them to everyone we know.

This family absolutely kill it. I say family because they are a legit family run company. Called them for an emergency right before our restaurant opened and they came and fixed a problem another plumber had just made worse! Eric and Tony are AMAZING!!!! Like. I own a small business in normal heights. And I can not recommend Eric and Tony enough! Because quite a few times they have spent the time to figure out plumbing situations for our building, and went above and beyond to help. Their pricing is amazing, in fact they have stopped by and have left without having me pay! I feel like they understand the pressure small businesses are in right now, and I feel like they genuinely want to help and care. They share alternatives so it’s not too pricey as well, which I really appreciate since we don’t have that much money to spare, but of course need the plumbing to work as a business and they do this for a living! I am so thankful for them and their time forever. I very much recommend, even if it’s a day or two wait because you’ll get your moneys worth, your time and someone who cares! They even reached out again to make sure everything is ok!!!! Not even doctors do that! So nice!

Tyler answered my call at 7am, was extremely friendly and helpful, and even had great recommendations for other plumbers in my area. We were in an emergency situation and it was obvious that he cared about helping get the job done, even if it was not him to do it. Tyler ended up coming over on time and resolving the issue in under 30 minutes for an unbeatable price. I will be using him for my rentals and home in the future and highly recommend him!

We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.
