I called Tyler for a small leak with my kitchen faucet. He agreed to come check it out for a free estimate, but first asked me to text him a picture of where I thought the leak was coming from. I texted Tyler a picture and he immediately diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it. It was a really simple fix and I didn’t have to waste his time or mine by having him come out to my house. And it didn’t cost me a penny for his advice. I appreciate his honesty and will be back next time I have any plumbing issues!

Had an appointment , no confirmation,no show, wouldn't answer the phone. Very lazy company. Lots of companies out there that want to make money. Don't use this one

5 stars! Tyler is easy to reach by phone, he is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he went over and above to make sure the problem was resolved. He did not rush through the job, and it seemed like he actually cared to solve the problem rather than put a band-aid on it. He also came out to my home last minute on a Saturday afternoon. I'm happy to have found a reliable plumber in the area!

Tyler answered my call at 7am, was extremely friendly and helpful, and even had great recommendations for other plumbers in my area. We were in an emergency situation and it was obvious that he cared about helping get the job done, even if it was not him to do it. Tyler ended up coming over on time and resolving the issue in under 30 minutes for an unbeatable price. I will be using him for my rentals and home in the future and highly recommend him!

We came home from vacation to a broken garbage disposal. Tyler picked up when I called after hours on a Friday night, and promised to be there with a new unit to install Saturday at 9:00am, and he was. Throughout the job Tyler was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge as I looked over his shoulder. He explained how the unit works and how to troubleshoot future issues. We will definitely use Tyler for all plumbing projects moving forward.

Tyler is the definition of a professional! Very clear with what we could expect at each step of the way. Took care of our old cast iron plumbing and Cleaned up very well to bring everything back to normal. Courteous and friendly. Answered all of my little questions along the way. Tyler is a very honest guy who takes great pride in his work. He came highly recommended to us and I would recommend him to any friends or family.

Tyler was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, a good communicator and professional. He helped us re-route pipes for a very old home, which is not an easy thing to do. Tyler gave us the best quote and finished the job earlier than promised. He also left the property neat and tidy. We will be calling him again.

Tyler fit me in same-day at a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere. He took the time to explain the systems he was working on, the issue at hand, and how to prevent it in the future. He's intelligent and knows what he's doing. I recommend using him for any water, gas, or sewage work you have, and I plan to bring him back soon to help me with some preventive maintenance and upgrades that I've been planning.

Tyler James plumbing literally saved the day! My Wife and I recently bought a new home in north park and our hot water heater was not working, we called many of the big name companies (that I won’t name) all quoted us thousands of dollars recommending to replace our entire tank and everything with it, we called Tyler James and for the first time we had someone explain everything in detail that was going on and found out it was only our venting. Tyler not only was very prompt and did not need weeks out to schedule an appointment but he was able to get us hot water for the first time in a month within only a few hours for a fraction of the price! I called Tyler and within 30 minutes he was at our apartment. He was extremely professional and courteous as well as expedient in his work. I will definitely be calling him again for any future needs.

I had a main line leak. For first appointment, he showed up over an hour late. He diagnosed the problem and said he would come by again in a day or two to fix it. Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks despite texts and calls. Finally got a hold of him again on phone and he said he would come by next day. Never did. A week later (3 weeks now total), he still hasn't responded to texts or calls. Had to find a different plumber. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had trouble installing a water filtration system in my kitchen. Tyler came out and fixed it same day. Very reasonably priced, professional, and all-around good guy! Recommend 100%!

I accidentally flushed my keys down the toilet and Tyler came over within 15 minutes of calling him. The keys were stuck out of sight, clogging the toilet. He removed the toilet and got the keys out. He was fast and affordable. Thank you Tyler!
