My girlfriend dropped a family heirloom down the sink and we weren't able to get to it with our own tools.Joseph showed up on time for our appointment and made sure we secured the ring. He was very friendly and ran the sink through tests to make sure everything was put back together and good to go. My girlfriend was ecstatic to have her ring, and it was a fair price to pay for emergency professional help.Thanks, Joseph!

My parents called Mr. Rooter for a drain clearing service with Jose Lopez. There was a discrepancy with the pricing of which my parents apologized and had the price adjusted based off of a coupon that they received. Immediately afterwards, Jose became hostile and rude towards my parents. Not sure if it was because he was skimming some of the cost off the top to pocket for himself. My parents are sweet individuals and would not act hostile toward anyone, regardless if it was involving money or not. I am disappointed in the so called professionalism that the company has. I spoke to the manager and all he was able to say is that he was sorry and that they will learn from it moving forward. I felt that the experience my parents had with Jose, and my experience with speaking to his manager was pointless and that our reasons were brushed off as I was continually being cut off while speaking my thoughts.We will not be contacting this company every again.

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.
