I purchased the AC tune up voucher via Angie's List. I was having AC problems of my unit not cooling at my current residence. I have another property but clearly stated in my written request, and then when booking my appointment with the customer service woman. On my scheduled date, the technician never came. When I called the office to see where he was, they said they sent him to my San Marcos home. I live Downtown. They ended up sending Billy hours after my scheduled window. He diagnoses of the malfunction was that I have a very old unit, they no longer make parts for and would have to replace the entire unit. Without that kind of money, I sent Billy on his way and turned on a fan.About a month later, my tenants in my San Marcos home called with an AC problem. I needed a quick turn around, and without seeking another company, I still had My Plumber in my call history so quickly called them. They assured me fast service and would coordinate a service time with my tenants while keeping me informed. They sent me the confirmation email so I was aware of when they would show up. So you can imagine my disappointment when my tenants called me to tell me that they never showed! They took time off work as this was scheduled 72 hours prior to service appointment. I was pissed! I immediately called the office and questioned the business and their customer service integrity! She said it was a scheduling error and they would send someone first thing the next day. Around 1pm Billy showed up. He diagnosed the AC malfunction to a dirty filter and when the tenants told him they thought it was leaking, he said it was a clogged condenser pipe that he flushed. He also found mold. Related to the leaking AC, but not due to My Plumber due to lack of knowledge of the leak ( separate issue). The only good coming out of my experience is that I was made aware of Mold.Needless to say a lot of follow up has been necessary due to the mold issue. Including myself going to see the issue along with the insurance company. The condenser pipe is still leaking. Still causing moisture. And because we thought is was fixed, still contributing to the mold issue.My Plumber not only failed TWICE at scheduling a technician to come out, but they couldn't even fix the problem when there. I would highly recommend not using My Plumber and finding a different company. I have!

We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish! We could trust they were going to do a good job and they didn't charge us for any uncessary work like the previous plumbing company was going to. Definitely recommend working with them!

I want to tell you about a company called Easy Flow Sewer & Drain. They are fantastic! I had a clogged drain and my water heater broke, so I thought I would call them for help. The whole process was easy and quick. They showed up the next day with the proper tools and took care of the problem in no time!

I have a small business in La Jolla and we started our day off horribly being held up by health inspector because my water heater was too low. Panicking I scrambled to even locate the water heater and turn up so that we can open the shop. A very nice gentleman named Nathan from Perry's plumbing was helping Starbucks next door. He saw we were panIcked and guided us to the water heater and showed us how to turn up to correct temperature! We were back in business as soon as inspector came back! Can’t thank you enough Nathan! His kindness and support was greatly appreciated!!

These guys really bailed us out of a messy situation when the main sewage line going from our house to the street collapsed. First we called Anderson plumbing and they sent a guy out that wanted to charge us over $4000 to replace every pipe under the house because he couldn’t figure out how to get his camera in to find where the broken line was. So we called MVP and they came out and located the collapsed line in less than 20 mins. They dug out the broken pipe and replaced it and also put a clean out in, for around $1000. I would use them again them again no question, it’s hard to find a decent plumber that’s not going to try and pull some shady up sell tactics or just be outright incompetent like Anderson.

I’ve been needing my system repaired for quite some time, the heater was my main concern. Paul came out initially and gave me prices on changing out my full system which was much appreciated. I was unable to replace the system but I did have my current system fixed thanks to Nicholas who was very professional and explained everything he was going to do in detail also there was absolutely NO pressure on which option to purchase. He was kind and personable, thanks again!!

Amazing!!!! Ali is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what he’s doing. Within an hour of my call, the team arrived and fixed my piping issues with my toilet. It was backing up into my sink also, causing a disaster. You can’t beat these prices and expertise. I will recommend drain help to everyone I know!
