Best Toilet Problem in San Diego CA

Our gym franchise had some bad sewage problems out of the blue one night at 5pm on a busy night. I couldn’t believe they came out so quick! They came out quick, spoke to me in clear non plumber terms, and gave me a great deal on top of all that. Highly recommend!!!

Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

These guys are on another level. Family oriented and hard workers higly recommended.

Doug is really helpful. He is very professional. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival. He is very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue and explained to me very well. I proposed two suggestions, one of them is to get a new toilet - he kindly wrote down the toilet brand, model, and all related info. The other suggestion is to replace the valve. He gave me quotes for both suggestions and let me decide. After I decide what to do, he came to my condo the second time, and quickly installed the new valve. Doug is very reliable, very knowledgeable and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again next time if I have any plumbing issue.

Charlie from American Plumbing Co responded right away on a Saturday and came out to unclog my drain right away. Friendly and very efficient. Best plumber in San Diego, would definitely call again!

Great Plumbing Company

I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

I just moved here from out of state. Found evidence of a leak in a bathtub drain. Ryan was recommenced to me by our management company. He did a masterful job of locating the source, gaining access with a minimum degree of disturbance to walls etc, and making the repair!

Our garbage disposal unit needed to be replaced. I purchased one from Home Depot. Called the local Colepepper office. When the plumber arrived, I shared the information him and asked for an installation estimate. He was very professional, and respectful. However , the quote to replace the unit was $430 or $450, I forget. Half an hour labor to disconnect one unit and reconnect another! Needless to say, the work was done by another party for $80 in less the 30 minutes.

Had a serious drain problem at my house involving two bathrooms. Tony and company diagnosed the issue previous rooter companies had overlooked. Workmanship was top notch and made sure that everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Will definitely be contacting them for any plumbing repairs in the future.

I am writing to recommend, in the highest possible terms, Jacob from Steve Fox plumbing. He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. In my experience, this kind of service, thoroughness, and integrity is unequalled. I plan to use Fox Plumbing henceforth for all plumbing needs.

I called Almco after-hours recently for a ceiling leak in a downstairs unit. They responded quickly and sent out a technician within the hour. Daniel found the leak fast and replaced the section of pipe that caused the issue. He was in and out within 2 hours. We’ll be using Almco for future repairs!

Eduardo and Isai were very professional and explained the process thoroughly. The before and after results were very professional. Highly recommended!

Well I can tell you that if your going to use a plumbing company I would highly recommend calling ARS Plumbing. They were very professional, polite and very easy to work with.with. on time and took care to make sure the job was done right. And so at a very decent price.
