I am very disappointed in the services rendered for my plumbing needs. It took 3 visits until the problem was even diagnosed. Jose first came out and stated he needed the wall open to make a determination. Once the wall had been opened, he had been diagnosed with Covid so he sent a plumber in his place who was unable to make a diagnosis of the leak (Joseph). Jose returned for the job a week later and made the assessment but failed to complete the repair. They still charged me $500 just to complete the leak detection and not complete the repair work, despite me asking them to reserve the date for repair for me. Instead they told me they accepted a $120K job and that is their new priority and focus. I have since identified a new plumbing company who was able to fix the issue in 1 day for a total of $525. Please make this make sense. I called the owner, who refused to give me more than 50% discount despite me saying that if he didn't do the right thing by issuing a full refund I would dispute the charge and write a very honest review. DO NOT trust this company with your plumbing needs. They only care about the highest paying job and are not fair in their pricing or professional in the customer service they deliver to their clients. Very disappointed, plumbing repairs is already stressful enough.

Kenny and his team were quick and efficient replacing our mainline using trenchless pipe burst technology. They knocked out the job over the course of two days and now we don't need to worry about the 80 year old cast iron out to the city. After dealing with a company that I believe was after our money as new homeowners, Kenny came in and was clear open and honest about the solutions available to us. He was even able to price match another company that had come under his bid without much hesitation. Upon accepting their bid, they got right to work and were done before we knew it. Everything looks great, I highly recommend Kenny and his team for their personable and honest work.

Thank goodness for Powers....my 1946 floor furnace stopped working. Eric came out and fixed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend them!

Eric was great. Very helpful and they came back out to install the water heater. I was in dire need and they were right on top of it.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Called to have a leak in our bathroom plumbing checked. The plumber was Brandon Martinez who did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he promptly addressed it. Price was far less than I anticipated, Brandon was extremely nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again, I highly recommend them.

Doug told us what to do to keep calcium from building up in the drain. He was on time and professional.

Ryan did an excellent job of replacing main water shutoff valves, washing machine shutoffs and hoses, and a toilet tank fill valve. He was quick and efficient and left everything clean. It is a pleasure to have him work in my home.

We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. It’s nice that we still have companies that care about their customers and have great employees such as Anthony. Thanks again!

My attempt at replacing the clogged shower and tub fixtures in my bathroom started off well until I cut the pipe from the wall too short and got myself into trouble. I called Exodus Plumbing and they scheduled a same day visit 2 hours later to inspect and provide a free estimate. Pricing was extremely reasonable, most other plumbers out there are trying to take you for a ride. Mauricio showed up and was up to the challenge - within minutes he was sweat soldering couplings and fitting a new diverter spout. He is going to be my go to guy anytime I need anything in the future. I highly recommend you call Exodus for your plumbing needs.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.
