Super reliable service! We’re having issues with water leaking from our roof and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the water for the building. I called Powers and Janet was extremely helpful. She was able to give some recommendations and had a gentlemen come out and help us with all our small requests! He was efficient and very knowledgeable during the service call. We found ourselves a new local plumbing company. Thank you again Janet!!

My technician was Fernando he was on time prompt and courteous. He explained everything that was wrong with our system and gave me options. These guys are the best. They are family owned and know there stuff. We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping. It’s been a pleasure working with Freddy, Angel, Fernando, Miguel, Gilbert and the rest of the team as we renovate our home here in San Diego.They’ve worked with us on small and large projects with the same great results each time.I also really appreciate that Plumbing Tree uses contemporary technology for their billing. When the work is done, your plumber brings out an iPad and calculates all the details for the job. No mysteries!Plumbing Tree overhauled a very foul mess of a laundry room for us. Parts of that project included replacing a soon-to-expire indoor water heater with an outdoor tankless Navien. The Navien water heater Freddy helped us select is beautiful and works incredibly well. Freddy helped us select a smaller unit than what we originally thought we needed. Angel did a great job hanging the water heater and routing all the piping through our garage’s walls to keep the exterior of our house looking nice and clean. It makes me and my wife happy each time we see the water heater. The pipes in the garage are beautiful too. Thank you Angel!Also for the laundry room, Angel replaced a jumble of leaking pipes in and and outside that room’s walls and installed a utility sink and washer/dryer stack. Before the work started Freddy came over to have a look and was a great help in planning the project. It was a convoluted mess before Plumbing Tree got involved.We’re currently working with Angel and Freddy again on renovating a bathroom. Part of that project included Angel installing a new and very heavy cast iron tub for us, with an assist from Gilbert and Mike. The new tub looks amazing, as does the new shower plumbing rough-in. I really appreciate that Angel takes time and is thoughtful in making his work look great.There’s a lot more that Plumbing Tree has done for us including installing new water and gas lines to the kitchen, installing a dishwasher, and some exterior fixes as well. I won’t go into great detail about those projects, except to say the work has always been great.

We moved recently to San Diego area and faced a challenge with our laundry room where we had to shift the positions of W/D and sink.I was referred to Ken Morey plumbing by a family member. From redesign to execution of our laundry room the process of smooth and well executed. Ken is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in his business and has been very trustworthy. I called them when my hot water heater tank started leaking. They came out and told me it was irreparable. They offered me two different options for installing a tankless gas heater. The heater they offered costs between $1600 to $2000 on line. Their quote was $7397! Another local plumber offered a similarly priced unit for 6200. Finally another local plumber will install a $1200 unit for $4200.These people do not live up to their name. They are not affordable. They take the opportunity to extort vulnerable homeowners who need a quick fix for their hot water needs. I was most displeased.

Scheduled an estimate to come out to my house between 10am to noon. Made sure I stayed at home in anticipation of said appointment, but unfortunately no one came and no courtesy call was provided to let me know that no one would be coming. Disappointing to say the least...

I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges ??.

Phenomenal work. I had multiple projects that needed to be done: replace bathtub drain, valve replacements, new water heater, and a few other things. After some negotiation over the estimate price, we reached an agreement. The work took, maybe, half a had to complete all of the projects. The tech that was sent to do the work were great with my kids, and took the time to answer the questions of my youngest. Again, just a phenomenal job.

We called very late in the day due to the toilet being clogged and Kali Sticks Plumbing came within an hour of us calling for their plumbing services and unclogged and hydro jetted our main line. They are very reliable and you can't beat prices. They go above and beyond for their customers!
