My kitchen sink was stopped up. My appointment was at 11, or earlier if something became available. Josh arrived about 8:45 following a text he was on his way. Hooray!! Josh was perfectly pleasant and professional. He did a great job of snaking the drain, keeping everything neat. He made recommendations for preventing the nasty grease buildup in the future. Absolutely recommend him and Bill Howe Plumbing.

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week.After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. Jacob Martinez fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. The company stands by their work with a guarantee that they honored. I will recommend Rooter Hero to everyone and will definitely call them with all of our plumbing problems.

This has been the best plumbing experience. I live in San Diego and needed a quick fix for my toilet. I was able to call in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Charlie was extremely polite and professional San Diego plumber. I ended up having a dog toy stuck in my toilet. After a quick 10 mins my problem was solved.
