Anderson was responsive from the time I called to the time our new water heater was installed. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed and clearly explained to me. There were several solution choices from short term to long term with specific prices. We went with a new water heater installation that was expertly installed by Ryan. He was polite, and clearly explained the installation steps. He had the replacement water heater installed and we had our hot water back just 4 and a half hours after my call to Anderson. Highly recommended.

I run a large business here in San Diego and unfortunately have had a couple of larger floods. Bill Howe's team did everything they could to get our business cleaned and repaired so we could open. Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I know that hiring a plumber can be very nerve wracking so I want to give sincere feedback.We had a clog in the drain behind the bathroom sink (beyond the p trap), I had a feeling the corrosion of the cast iron was likely causing the problem - long story short Vlad replaced the section of drain/pipe in the wall which I believe saved me several thousand dollars as I was once quoted to have the whole line replaced.We would absolutely hire Vlad again as he’s very honest, skilled, straightforward and strong!

Overcharged. I used this company expecting a fair price they charged me $650 for a main line clear out and I called 3 other plumbers and they told me they charge $125 to $200. Very upset this is a real rip off from a company I thought was good.

Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Would definitely use this company again!
