I absolutely love these guys. After dealing with a terrible plumber who constantly had excuses and would not show up, or be days late, it was amazing to deal with PIC. Their customer service is amazing and the plumber actually shows up in the designated window of time. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my future plumbing issues. I'm very impressed!

My toilet was leaking. Cory replaced the ring, leveled the toilet. All done!! Cory (Powers Plumbing) was on time. He let me know when he was on the way. Very professional and explained all he was doing. I will use Powers Plumbing again if needed.

Luis Campos was my technician.10 star plus!Very professional and nice. Technician did a fast, efficient job since he explained the problem we were experiencing with our water heater. Last year by this same time we had similar problem and the Technician from another company who did the inspection requested the part which was under guarantee but he never called back. We ended up calling another company and that part was not needed to be replaced but the problem was solved. Once again, I am having same problem but this time came with a different experience since by mistake someone who is new in the company did not let me know that the water heater model beginning with the letters XG came defective and they do not give service to them any longer. Just a waste of time and having my husband lost one day of work waiting for the technician. Not a very satisfied customer at all.

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

They did an excellent job! They had to cut though my concrete driveway to repair the sewer pipe and repoured the concrete. It looks great.

I found Ryan, the plumber, to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was on time, in fact even a little early, which is refreshing, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I would recommend this company highly and I plan to use them again for my next plumbing issue...since there always seems to be one with an older house.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

The young man that came to my home was Leonardo. He was polite, pleasant and efficient . Got right to work and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done. I am thankful that it was within my budget. I will use their service again for future projects l need to do. Good job and l will give referrals.
