Best Slab Leak in San Diego CA

I am so disheartened to report our once infallible plumber has bit the dust. PIC is NOT the company it used to be. Having used them for rentals for years, we immediately noticed when we began getting diverted immediately to a botched call center.In our quest to converge our business with a group of plumbers we trusted, we called them out to review and estimate our latest acquisition. We had them shadow our inspector, so we could be prepared for cost of repair and immediately get the job started at CLOE. For a single section of cast iron pipe (5ft including the toilet flange), accessible through a 3 foot for crawl space, they wanted $2,800.00, almost triple what they charged for an identical job 7 months prior!Because we trusted them, we began work immediately and did not question (out loud) the exorbitant increase. I was amazed when they got the job done in THREE HOURS! WOW, they are making $999.00/hour, I am in the wrong business!Two weeks later we get a clogged toilet, so my spouse crawls under to investigate. These, now, scammers had cut the pipe at the flange! They left the 152 year old cast iron flange in the floor! When we called them out on this obvious effort to deceive, they immediately became indignant and begrugingly completed the job of REMOVING ALL CAST IRON on that floor!Days later, we get a clogged toilet! They come back out and despite HAVING BEEN PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND HAVING BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE SCOPE AND NOTES FROM THE INSPECTOR DO NOT USE A SNAKE ON THESE CITY-SIDE- RELINED CAST IRON,CERAMIC, OUTLET CITY DRAINS, we come home to the guy bragging about using a heavy duty snake! He tore the lining out of the segment of cast iron at the sidewalk....!!!! We sent them the video and they have not replied.

Call them, they do their job at a reasonable price and leave. Nothing half done, delayed or excuses. Very easy to work with!

Upstairs plugged toilet and Kristian was able to use a snake which immediately broke through the clog. He took the time to explain various options and fortunately the snake did the trick .

Our home was built in 1936 so you never know what you may find, turns out our drain pipes were awful and leaking in our walls. The technician Robert and partner were out here for 3 days running all new drainage for our sinks, showers and toilets. The work is clean, top notch and the guys are super professional. I will absolutely be using Paws again when the time comes for other plumbing work. I highly recommend this group.

Our water heater was not able to heat the water, and it was leaking too. Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. I have never experienced any problem after taking his service. You must call EZ Plumbing USA if you need a plumber in Orange County.

Pin hole pipe leak in a water supply line that is my responsibility according to the HOA. He arrived on time, very professional. He was very happy to explain what he was doing. Made some other preventative recommendations as well which made a lot of sense to help prevent issues in the future.He has doe other work for me in another home and have never had any issues with any of his work.I plan to use him for any of my future plumbing work.

Peter & Sergio were quick to clear the excessive rain water from our parking lot. Our drainage system was clogged and they cleared up in a very short time THANK YOU!
