They started this plumbing job on Monday, came on Tuesday & Wednesday, coming on Thursday, & planning to finish it on this Friday.Very friendly, personable, responsible, & hard working guys that they are, taking their work seriously.They took care of us & our place, making & keeping our hostel clean. Excellent service. Our water heater started leaking at the worst time possible, and thankfully Bill Howe had immediate appointment availability. I would ask for Doug every time. He called ahead to find out what type of water heater we had, so he could bring one in case a new one was required. Planning ahead like that saved me precious time, and I was grateful he didn't have to make 2 trips. He was courteous and efficient. The type of person that I felt comfortable inviting into my home, which says a lot. He went above and beyond, removing the old wood platform - he could have just as easily said that was outside the scope of his line of work - but he didn't hesitate to help me out. Exceptional work! Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. The Ascend team was very friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely call them anytime I am having a plumbing issue. Thanks Vic!

Called Easy Flow on Saturday noon since my main sewer line that was over 60yrs old cracked in multiple places. Mark came right over for an estimate w/in couple hours, his price was more than half the cost of re-piping. They came over first thing Monday morning and got it all fixed without having to replace any pipes or dig up and dirt below my house.Highly recommend their service, workers were great, finished in one day and cleaned up after they left! Easy Flow got me out of a huge jam, can't say enough good things about their service, 5 stars!
