Joe came out and helped me with the plumbing pipe being clogged up. He was very cordial, and very helpful. The service is a bit expensive. In total of almost 400 bucks but without the proper tools I'd not be able to do it myself.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. I've been meaning to write this review for a while. You will not find a plumber with better customer service, prices or skill. Victor and his crew can do absolutely anything, they are true experts. I had them install the sewage and water likes for the two RV hookups on my property. The craftsmanship and quality of their work was outstanding, and they did everything they could to keep costs at a minimum. I will always use ascend plumbing as long as I am in San Diego County.Also, when I had two pressure regulator failures, these guys came out within the hour, and had both replaced immediately for a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The underground pipes in our house were falling apart and clogged up. We had used ARS/Rescue Rooter before and had great service. So we called them again when the toilet backed up. Now it was time to redo the pipes. Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everything they did was explained so we knew exactly what needed to be done and what was being done.
