Best Sink Clog in San Diego CA

I contacted Discount Plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement. Their tech Antonio came and gave me a reasonable quote and was awesome. I told him I would contact him when I received the faucets so he can do the job. When I called him he said he could come Wednesday at 4pm, or would call me if he couldn't make it and would be at my home for sure the next day Thursday at 4pm. He never showed up or called me, I had to call him and he didn't answer. I called the main number for the business and the person who answered said that the window was from 4-6pm which I was never told, I was told he would be at my house at 4pm as I specifically told him I needed to leave by 5:45pm. The person on the phone apologized and scheduled it for Friday with a window of 2-4pm and even offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Friday 4pm came and nothing, I called the office and the person that answered said Antonio would call me. Never did. This is beyond bad customer service and completely unreliable. A phone call would have done it to say hey something happened or we can't do your job. But nope, nothing. Will never contact this business again.

Alex was great, he helped unclog the old toilet and install a new one. He even took away the old one for me and ran to Home Depot to grab a part I was missing. Definitely would call this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Had a clogged kitchen drain that we had tried to clear on our own without success. Kailib was on time, knowledgeable and got the job done. He kept trying different clean outs until we was able to clear the drain. We will definitely use Elite Rooter again. Thank you for being so tenacious Kailib.

Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. They came in and fixed the clog in my bathroom sink and cleaned my drain. I was surprised when I saw the bill and then even more pleased when they explained how everything worked. It was a seamless process, even for a do-it-yourselfer like me!

Recently, Kevin Altamirano from Get Rooter did a whole change-out and installation of a steel kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal plus re-routing all the piping to accommodate the new appliances. Changing over 20+ year old sinks and making new ones fit is not often easy, and typically full of surprises. Kevin worked with me to make it all happen in a timely manner and his professionalism and knowledge of his trade are greatly appreciated. Can't wait for the next project!

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.He arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherethey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.We are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.
