She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. We asked Almco to come out and do a sewer inspection on a property we are in the process of buying. Vlad came out right on schedule and did a very thorough inspection that found some issues that the previous homeowner didn't even know about. We have used Almco Plumbing for several jobs and cannot emphasize enough how incredibly professional and proficient this crew is. Hands down the best plumbing service in San Diego. Most recently they installed a large washer and dryer into our small condo after two separate Costco logistics crews were not able to complete the task. Prior to this, Almco installed our dual vanity sinks and when they noticed the sinks were draining slowly they went as far as to snake our neighbors pipe free of charge to ensure all plumbing was clear. They also corrected a mistake on our air gap made by a prior installer. Cannot speak highly enough of this talented and reliable crew. You will not be disappointed and will be forever grateful for their services.

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.
