This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

Had PAWs come out to unclog my kitchen sink in my condo twice. The first time they suggested jetting for $405.00, but my HOA was already going to do this in the near future, so I said no, please come back and just snake the drain. They came back a second time, spent over an hour snaking the drain to no avail, then poured some Bio Clean down into the drain, which did nothing but clog it further. I was told that this would eat away the gunk in the drain and the water in the drain would recede in a few hours. Came out after work and noticed the drain was still backed up long after they had gone. I paid them $250.00 for a drain snaking with NO results. Further, I wish they would have asked me before poring that Bio Clean stuff down my drain. I would have told them no, that is just going to make it worse, which it did. Not sure why I paid them, as they left, and my drain was still clogged. They said the only way to fix it was a jetting. I then called Reliable Plumbing out the next morning, as my kitchen sink was still backed up, as it was the day before. They brought up a snake and with a bit of work, were able to unclog the sink! Charged me $165.00, which was much more reasonable, and I actually had an unclogged sink at the end of it all. Don't use PAWs. They want to sell services that are not necessary, over-charge for what they do, and then leave without fixing the problem.

We called for possible water main leak. Kenny and Xavier were personable and professional. They understood the issue and gave several options to fix the problem. They knew their stuff. While we went with another firm due to cost. I would consider contacting them again.

Ryan came out to inspect the sewer line and give us a quote for plumbing repairs on a house my husband and I are in the process of purchasing. He was very thorough and friendly, answered all of our questions, and sent us the quote quickly. We definitely plan to contact Ryan for any plumbing repairs we need in the future!

I actually had Chris as a service provider. He is new to the company. He said he is from Alabama. He was punctual, cordial, professional, and courteous. I felt bad because the work was completed outside at the water main. He arrived in the heat of the day, and we have been experiencing uncommonly warm weather. He had to climb a steep hill to my home repeatedly. He was sweating profusely, but finished the job in a timely fashion. He replaced a section of the pipes outside and they looked brand new at the end. He removed his shoes before coming inside to sign the paperwork. He was true pro, and a gentleman as well. I will use their service again should the occasion arise.

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

Luis came to my house to repair my leaky shower. He found a different issue than I had described and suggested a easy, DIY fix for the issue. I was so impressed with this suggestion as it saved me lots of money. He was very polite, professional and respectful of my home. I will DEFINITELY call them for any other plumbing issues.

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

I called Padilla Plumbing and one of their plumbers visited the same day. It was no more than 30 minutes and the plumber had my shower fixed. Padilla Plumbers is definitely now my plumber of choice.
