We had to call Powers Plumbing, our neighborhood plumbing company for a leak we couldn't figure out pooling in our front yard. Their response was immediate, and quick to determine the problem. They had to repair a main line under our newly established landscaping which they did with minimum disruption. This is at least our 4th great experience with Powers. I'd highly recommend them to all.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. Helped us navigate a complicated issue for an old toilet/plumbing. Were honest that pricing would be cheaper to buy a new toilet than to reorder the part—gave pricing for both. Our issue was further complicated by having a rear-assembly toilet, which are not easy to find—they helped us source this. Actual service of installation was timely, fast & professional. Needed new taps and faucet in the laundry area. The old ones were leaking an would not shut off. Terry was on time and replaced everything needed plus, gave me advice about some other issues. Good job overall, he is very knowledgeable.

Get Rooter came out and gave me a price for installing a new water regulator that was $700 less than another plumbing service's estimate. The serviceman also accurately diagnosed that a fill valve was causing noise in my water pipes which the other company didn't. Although they had to come out two more times to correct installation errors, they did so quickly. I don't know why there was such a disparity between the two companies' costs, but I will definitely contact Get Rooter again if I have another issue in the future. Thank you, Andrew.
