The two service technicians gave an accurate assessment of the situation. They provided options to resolve the issue and gave a quick estimate. They were able to complete an upgraded water heater in half a day. Would recommend this company for an equivalent task.

THANK YOU to Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and specifically Howard, the technician who came out.I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling. I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day. I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great.Howard showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time. He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak). It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall. But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions. He was done with everything in just over an hour. The price for everything was more than fair. I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done.I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services.

A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..Cody is an exceptional professional who goes the extra mile to find the issue and fix it. He is also very professional and courteous. Thank you Cody and ARS/Rescue Rooters..

He is also happy to answer all my questions about heating and air conditioning and spends lots of time explaining the system to me.

Jonnie showed up promptly in the service window, was thorough in his inspection and explanation of service options, and performed a same day new water heater install in the matter of just a couple of hours. Very satisfied with the service provided, and at a competitive quote price compared to other sources. Highly recommended.2/28 edit - city inspector showed up today for the permit inspection and remarked this is one of the cleanest installs I've ever seen - can't get much better than that.

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.He arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherethey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.We are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.

Second time using them and I'm always super pleased with them. They can usually come out within a day or two and perform the service quickly, professionally and cleanly. They helped determine whether a leak in my garage was from the roof or some plumbing related issue and have been really helpful in sending videos and photos of the damage which they quickly determined to be roof related. Highly recommend!

I had three top rated heating and air conditioning contractors bid on the installation of air conditioning to my existing heating system. I wanted quite and efficient two stage ac unit that would work with the variable speed blower in the heating system. Carini was the only contractor that based their bid on a heat load calculation rather than some rules of thumb that tend to oversize the ac system. Their analysis indicated that I needed a three ton unit. The other contractors said that I needed a four or five ton unit, but the blower in the existing furnace and the ductwork would only support a three ton unit. One of the other contractors no bid the job after I said I was not going to install a new furnace and ductwork. The Other bidder said they would install a three ton unit but would not guarantee satisfaction. At this point I didn't know who was right. I then contacted my neighbors with AC and the same model home as I have. They all said that they had 3 ton units and we very satisfied. Based on their results I contracted with Carini Heating and Air Conditioning. The installation was planned for one day but actually to 2 and a half days. The installation itself was done in a day and a half but complications with integrating a 2 stage AC unit with a variable speed furnace from another manufacturer required another day to resolve. To his credit, when Jason Baer the project manager found out about the problems integrating the Bryant AC unit with a York furnace he assigned their lead service technician, Anthony DeCarolis to integrate the two units. After several hour of studying both the ac manual and the furnace manual Anthony was able to achieve the expected performance by a combination of DIP switch and jumper setting in both units and the installation of a two stage thermostat.Although I took a few days longer than planned, I am very happy with the overall performance of Carini and my new air conditioner.

Our air went out and Tarpy was able to come out the next morning. Cody was our technician and he was kind, quick, and explained things well. Tarpy honored the warranty from the previous owners of our house (we recently bought our house in the last year). They are honest folks as we were unsure when the unit had been replaced/services last. Highly recommend!
