This is probably one of the most aggressive, unprofessional, and threatening companies I ever encountered. I was quoted a price of $1200 for a replacement of a regulator. I knew the part cost only $50. I simply responded that I don't know why I would be charge $1200 to replace something that cost $50 and had a simple connection. I declined the service. Dennis, (who did not give me his name when asked, co-worker did.) became very aggressive and threatening. Aggressively asking me what I know about plumbing and if I know how old he is? He change from an employee to a thug. Monica, Dennis' manager wasn't any help. This company knows my address and I did reveal to him and her that I am licensed to carry. Instead of being concerned why a client would be so threatened to say this, she seemed to be offended. This company seems to change their names when the reviews get too bad. I would avoid this company.

Problem: slow bathtub drainPlumber that took the initial service call was professional, courteous and willing to help, however the second his supervisor showed up to the job, he was in salesman mode, then proceeded to inform me about different programs that would allow me to pull a second mortgage out in my house to pay for repairs, then put a stop to the work ( running Snake on roof vent), he wasn’t even willing to try and clear the drain line, stating that it was too much of a liability, however still charged me $200 even though the online promotion was for $140, after they left, attempted to use the restroom and found that all drain lines were completely plugged, and I could not use the restroom or sinks, it was now even worse than when they showed up, I called them back and they said that they couldn’t come back until the following afternoon, I called out a different company and they had the drain cleared within half an hour from start to finish, and then offered me alternative solutions for my drainage issues, their priority was me as a customer and then sales second, please do not call this company for your plumbing needs as their priority is sales

Called yesterday and tried to explain what I needed done. Dispatch said I'm just dispatch, I'll send a tech to do a free estimate tomorrow. Great. This morning, they call to let me know the tech can come early. Great. about 20 minutes later there's a message telling me the tech isn't coming, they can't do the work I tried to explain yesterday. SERIOUSLY??? You couldn't have told me this yesterday so I could call someone else? I will never use a company that can't get the most BASIC thing right. Thanks for wasting my time!

My technician Andrew arrived quickly and worked very efficiently. Super friendly and professional. Will definitely request him in the future if I need service.

Unstick garbage disposal

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Easy Flow Sewer & Drain saved me from paying $7,000 for a plumber to come out and fix my sewer it was that bad. The technician came out in an hour, fixed the issue and showed me what to do in case it happens again.

We had 2 clogged drains and a leaky faucet.The plumbing specialist that investigated/repaired our clogged drain was AMAZING.Cody was professional, polite, honest, informative, punctual, and super friendly.He very quickly fixed our shower issue of a clogged drain. He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.He educated us on everything plumbing related.When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues. He truly is the best.

The install was done quickly and professionally.The only concern was that one of the workers (Matt) did not a wear mask the entire time and had to be reminded to wear one . Even after being reminded he wore it a short time and then removed it and did not wear the mask.Other than that both Lee and Matt were courteous and professional.

As a homeowner, I needed help finding parts to a twelve-year-old leaking shower valve, and bathtub parts. Michael had them. And he had the expertise about them. (It's not as simple as installing a new washer on a garden hose.) He took the time to explain to me the tricks of the trade about changing out these plumbing parts. I felt that person to person help and not the bum's rush. I trust him and recommend him.
