My 85 year old grandparents were conned by 3 individuals who raised the price on them from $425 to nearly $4k for 1 day of work.They took nearly a week to provide an itemized invoice yet wanted acceptance of the estimate immediately.Be very careful when allowing them into your home and get itemized details before agreeing to any work.

Their plumber parked such that he blocked the entire sidewalk, and thus anyone who needed mobility access was blocked from using the sidewalk. No way of calling them to report it on a Saturday.

Danial was fantastic, did an inspection to check why I’ve been smelling mildew smell from my pumps. He did a thorough check, cleaned hair out of my pipes and even scoped out the vents from the roof with a camera. All for the cost of the diagnostic. He didn’t find anything to fix beyond that (thank goodness), but I feel like it was well worth the value of the diagnostic visit…which was the most competitive rate I got for a plumber visit. Will be using this company again.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. Diagnosed and fixed two separate units, each with difficult air conditioning issues. Showed up on Saturday and Sunday! On time, polite and very professional. Our technician was there, we had him fix our wine cellar cooling system. Would recommend him to anyone.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable
