I had an issue with a backup in the bathroom on two consecutive Saturday’s and a Monday to help out with the plumbing at my condo.He was really thorough when explaining all the work he was doing and very informative. The next morning he contacted the city for what they needed to do and they came and had everything completed and corrected within 2 hours. It was the first time I found myself in the need of a plumbing repair, so I didn't really know what to expect. After Isai and his team arrived and I explained my issue, they immediately knew were to look and Isai gave me a very detailed/technical explanation on what was going to be needed and the reasons for it. What I liked the most is that he made me feel very confident on the cost and work to be done. The results were great and would definitely recommend without a doubt!

I would like to thank you for sending Tanner to do my plumbing repairs. He did an excellent job. Tanner is the whole package. A hard worker, reliable, a technical expert, great communicator, and very personable.He was here from 9 to 5:45 working and taking only a 45 minute lunch break. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He coordinated with the neighbor when installing the drain tube that when in her yard. He talked on the phone to my insurance adjuster answering all his questions. And when he finished the job he showed me all his work and explained it in plain terms I could understand. He showed me the shut off valves and how easy they were for me to use.The new pipe he installed went thru the attic storage room. It was tucked tight to the wall, wrapped in insulation and anchored neatly. It looked really nice. The access hole he put in the wall behind the shower head had a nice looking cover over it. Even the water heater in the closet looked clean and neat. I was very pleased with how good everything looked. He paid attention to the smallest detail. He also seemed proud of the job he did. Rightly so.He took about ½ to do the paperwork (his least favorite part of the job- ha ha). Then showed it to me and explained. He had taken pictures that were attached. I was impressed that he did it before he left. It was like the bow on the finished package.

Had a water heater that wouldn't stay on. I called them, they showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Manny F did a great job for Rooter Rooter. He cleared the drain line between the house and septic tank efficiently. The equipment worked. Time between my first call and clear drain, possibly less that 2 hours.
