These guys were able to come out at a time that fit our schedules, were prompt and very friendly.

I have used Powers Plumbing several times and have had an excellent experience each time. They have the ability to work on older houses and do repairs on plumbing that other plumbing companies have not had the interest to work on and/or ability to work on. I have had Powers work on a couple of heater problems in two older homes where another company was called to do the job by my property manager. The other company could not be bothered to get the parts and wanted to replace the heater. I told my property manager that I had called Powers Plumbing on another job and that I wanted them to be called to do the job. Powers did the repairs and saved me from having to put in a new heater which would have cost several thousand dollars. I usually do not do many reviews unless I think that the company is in my experience excellent. Thank you Powers!

Don came out, within two hours of the first call, to scope the job and gave us an honest opinion on what needed to be done to fix the problem. He ordered the required part and was able to have one of his plumbers, Josh, install the part on the next business day.Great job and communication totally detailed to keep the customer informed.One of the BEST !!!!

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

Ryan was very efficient in solving our complicated plumbing problem. He got our business back up and running in no time.

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. So I called EZ Plumbing USA after getting a suggestion from an employee. He asked me to try their services. Surprisingly, their plumberfixed it without changing all the parts. He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe. I’m impressed by their services.

I saw these guys working at my neighbor's home so I asked them to stop by and estimate adding a shut-off and replacing a sprinkler valve. The estimate was reasonable so I had them come back the next day and do the job. They did a fine job and saved me some money on the original estimate as well.Called them again recently for an estimate and they were really helpful in explaining exactly what needed to be done

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

I needed help with finding a certain part for a leaky toilet, so I stopped by Ideal. No, I didn't have the faulty part with me...but I knew what I needed, so I just asked where they kept that type of part and I would look for it. Instead, I received an unwelcome lecture and boring analogies from the guy who was there at the store, telling me why he couldn't do anything for me without knowing the brand, size, model number (yada, yada, yada...). The only reason I came to Ideal for my project was because I assumed they would have more selection in their showroom than the home centers, who predictably have only the same two brands which are one-size-fits-all made-in-China garbage. AND, I assumed they would have better service than the echo-filled cavernous, devoid of sales associates aisleways of Lowes and Home Depot. I'm no plumber, but I did graduate from high school and I don't need to be insulted by a business I'm reaching out to for help with a simple issue.

They fixed my sewer with the help of their associates who were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Easy Flow Sewer & Drain to anyone in need of plumbing repair services.

These guys were incredibly good at what they do and easy to work with. I’ve been fighting a losing battle with my pipes for years, and it was time to get the pros in. They explained everything perfectly, showed exactly what they were talking about and then documented everything so that there is never any question as to what was done and/or why it desperately needed to be done. This type of work will never be cheap, but it’s going to save me for years to come. I picked the right people to come in and do it. No regrets.

In the past, great customer service..but making an appointment on line does no good! They called to confirm, they let a message, when I got home at 5:20 and returned their call, answering service answered and I told them I was confirming my appointment for Monday morning. They said they would relay the message. No one came on Monday, when I called they said they didn't have me down on their schedule because they personally hadn't confirmed with me and the online appointment was just a temp appointment! So now I have to wait a week before someone can come out. What is the purpose of online booking and having an answering service? !! HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST CALLED AND IS TAKING CARE OF IT..THANKS..AGAIN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...
