These guys were able to come out at a time that fit our schedules, were prompt and very friendly.

I would highly Recommend this company he looked at my drain drain and seen that it was not that serious fixed it and a few other things and only charge me half the original price. When they were running behind the owner came out himself and took care of my problem I will definitely be using them again when I need service done on my plumbing.

Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. You will not find a plumber with better customer service, prices or skill. Victor and his crew can do absolutely anything, they are true experts. I had them install the sewage and water likes for the two RV hookups on my property. The craftsmanship and quality of their work was outstanding, and they did everything they could to keep costs at a minimum. I will always use ascend plumbing as long as I am in San Diego County.Also, when I had two pressure regulator failures, these guys came out within the hour, and had both replaced immediately for a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service.

THANK YOU to Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and specifically Howard, the technician who came out.I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling. I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day. I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great.Howard showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time. He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak). It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall. But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions.He was done with everything in just over an hour. The price for everything was more than fair. I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done.I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services.
