I contacted Discount Plumbing and got a call back from Jose. Even though I decided to go with another company (no fault of Discount Plumbing) I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Jose.

Team Rooter is the best. My garbage disposal broke and I called Team Rooter at 730am, and by noon, Steve had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no hassle, and Steve is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Diego rescued us from a very strange plumbing problem. We had roots growing in our pipes and not only did they immediately recognize what it was they new exactly how to handle it. Mr. Lee was very fair and very precise with what needed to be done. No wondering or confusing talk into trying to manipulate us into a higher more complicated issue. They came out fixed the problem and it was done. No more back ups or need to come out to continuously fix an “ongoing issue” just one and done. No stress and no more mess. I definitely recommend them for any of my future plumbing issues whether they are rooted in small or large problems. Why be confused and used when you can trust and have no more fuss?

We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Such an incredible company and so well run. This is the real deal, you will not find another plumbing business as professional and knowledgable AND timely and friendly as this crew. I am blow away. This is how all licensed professionals should run their business. It would change the construction industry. These guys and gals are second to none.

Doug Higby did an awesome job. Difficult fix due to contractor plumbing irregularities. Doug worked very hard to overcome the difficulties. He did a great job and explained what was misplumbed previously. Doug, (#388), showed me all the problems and overcame them. The Emory Plumbing team saved us :) We had an emergency gas leak + lock out. They were a little far from their normal service area, but they came, identified the issue, worked with our city and gas provider, and got us unlocked in a very short amount of time. Easy Flow Sewer was under contract with the City of San Diego. The put in a sewer clean out from our property to the street. They did a great job and returned our front yard back to its original condition. They were very courteous and kept us informed.

I recently purchased a dated condo and contacted Point Loma Electric on Yelp to see if they could help with some issues that came up during home inspection. Within hours I received a response, and one phone call later I had an appointment for inspection and estimate set up. Two days later, the electrician (Charlie) arrived on time to inspect and give estimate.Charlie was able to inspect my electrical panel which needs replacement and outlet switches that were upside-down. He was able to provide an estimate on the spot for repairs. I always get several quotes before getting work done and the quote I received from Point Loma Electric was in-line with others. Given the great reviews online I decided to go forward with correcting the upside-down switches and the three way switch that was not wired correctly.I was impressed with Charlie's level of knowledge on issues I had questions about and pride he took in his work. I feel like when he left I had a much better understanding of the electrical panel issue and how it needed to be corrected. I will most likely go with this company when I decide to get my panel replaced.I'm working with other companies on plumbing issues and installing new flooring. It seems like everyone takes forever to respond, let alone quote or do work for a reasonable cost. I was impressed that Point Loma Electric seemed to be on the ball with everything. From the moment I requested a quote to the moment I ended the customer-satisfaction call after Charlie left, I was impressed. I will use this company again in the future when I need electrical work done.

They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.
