Called and answered phone (unlike 2 others I tried to contact). Very professional and informative. They listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations. I have a repetitive clogging issue and they scoped it and advised me on long term solution options. Other plumbers simply unclogged and left. Highly recommend if you want great service and honest answers regarding plumbing issues.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.

Jonathan was a great help coming in on his busy schedule and was able to evaluate our situation. Came in on time and was quick with his team. Answered his phone at all hours and was happy to help us with new leaks that popped up.

I cannot say enough positive things about Almco! I met Paul by chance as he was the plumber sent by my home warranty company for a gas leak shortly after we bought our new home years ago. Paul showed up within 2 hours (the service window was 24 hrs) and fixed the problem immediately, which was expected. What kept me calling Paul/Almco for years now is that he checked on me and my family the next day.
