I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Called the business and was quoted $105 for the service and $80 for a weekend fee. When the technician arrived. He stated that it would cost $375 dollars for a mainline cleaning. Do not trust what the business says over the phone, their prices are joy consistent and will give you a new price at arrival. I’d recommend going to a different business if you are looking for honesty, if they would have just been upfront the service was otherwise fine.

We had Joel come today. He was great, as expected, since all are of the highest standard.

We had 2 clogged drains and a leaky faucet.The plumbing specialist that investigated/repaired our clogged drain was AMAZING.Cody was professional, polite, honest, informative, punctual, and super friendly.He very quickly fixed our shower issue of a clogged drain. He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.He educated us on everything plumbing related.When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues. He truly is the best.

We had a wonderful experience with Morey. After our AC unit went out, we called around to a few companies. All of the other gave us a two week wait time. Morey was able to get us in the next day.Our provider, Brian Beckham, was fantastic. He was able to diagnose our issue, find the part that was damaged, apply our warranty, and fix it all within an hour. We really appreciated his authenticity and patience as he explained to us the issue. We will definitely be using these guys for future issues!

Lee was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He helped inspect and advised me on the best course of action to take regarding my water heater. I would recommend Lee to others.

1st Response = NO ResponseLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I am very happy with my heating and cooling system. this company is great. Our system performs super and it has been since July of 2016 when they installed it. I have had zero problems but know that if I need anything this company is here.

I just had a flood in my kitchen on a Friday morning and could not get anyone to come out and help me after 2 days, no one would come out until Monday and I was up to my toes in water. One call to Carini Plumbing fixed that Quick! I called late Saturday night and spoke to a real person!! In less than 15 minutes Miguel called me back , and offered to come out that night. Because getting parts was an issue we decided to meet up early Sunday morning on time!!! Miguel is the ultimate professional and has a fantastic personality. He got right on it , diagnosed the problem, ran over to Home Depot for parts and fixed it in record time. He even called for help with flood repair for me and they arrived within an hour. The quality of the work was impeccable and so fast, Miguel is a gem, I would call him in a minute if I ever had a plumbing problem ever again. Don’t hesitate to call them, they are true professionals and give it to you straight and on time when you really need it. I am so grateful for them and their work ethic. I’m a lifelong fan now. 5 Stars!!!!!
