Right away upon calling Team Rooter, I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and professional. Nicholas came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred dollars. The quality of work was okay, but the job took wayy longer than estimated and customer service was non-existent. Plenty of unrelated items were broken and the company's promises to fix them faded into the abyss.

This is the third time I have used Bill Howe. They have always done great work and always work with me. 1st time I had a leak from my roof and it cause water damage and mold. They repaired the damages and cleaned up the mold issue. 2nd time, my AC wasn’t working properly and found out I had a bad motor. They came out and replaced it and cleaned up the HVAC for me as well! This time Bill Smith was the technician and fixed the issue with the AC ductwork. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to take care of the issue and fixing it quickly. Amazing company with well knowledgeable technicians!

Will at Paw's Plumbing sent out a technician within a couple of hours of my call. I have a Rheem water heater with the burn unit and combustion control valve needing replacement. Rheem had sent me the parts under warranty.Eric Myatt came in, evaluated, gave a very reasonable quote and and a job time of approximately one hour. Other companies quoted much higher and if a job time of 2-3 hours.The job was done professionally and competently. I had hot water again after about twenty minutes. So, I am very pleased with the job Eric did and Paw's response time.

At the same time, the dishwasher and washing machine broke down the next day. Since I have a large family for me, this is a critical failure of the plumbing that has knocked us out of a normal household existence. The technicians from this company came, all lucidly explained and helped to quickly solve the problem with the washing machine (there were slight problems with the strap that slept). With the dishwasher, the diagnosis took about an hour because of the difficulties with the motor, I was shown it and the degree of its heating, explained that it is the wear of the part that needs to be urgently replaced. The new part was in their spare in their van, so another half hour later I got a working dishwasher! I did not even expect that you can repair two units of equipment in one day for normal prices. I recommend to repair the equipment from them, it really is a guarantee of fast and high-quality service for the house.

I gave this company a call after a friend referred them to me. They responded quick and efficiently to my needs.
