Best Hydro Jetting Service in San Diego CA

I've had Discount Plumbing out to my home to handle several complex plumbing related issues. Tina's a breath of fresh air when she answers the phone! Harrison came out for my shower, kitchen faucet replacement, replacing my water pressure valve and install of a whole home water softener (so GLAD he recommended that; my dishes actually come out with NO water spots from the dishwasher for the first time in years!!) The company is very responsible, professional, and prompt. Most jobs were done with no issues after the service. There were some hiccups along the way where they had to come back to correct an issue they worked on. One instance was with my garbage disposal installation; I was told that the leaking issue under my sink was related to my dishwasher and to contact an appliance repair company, which I did. Turned to find out that the leaking issue was because the disposal was not properly installed. After correcting the disposal install and re-installing my dishwasher the problem was fixed for another $195 out of my pocket. I contacted Tina, gave her all the details of what transpired, and expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction. Discount Plumbing is all about customer service; Tina called me a short time later that day and said she spoke to the tech and the manager and that she was going to send me a check to help cover the additional expense I had to incur. I wish on these reviews we could give half stars. I can't give a 5 star review because there were times where I had to have them back out on a job; but if I could I would them 4.5 stars. They will continue to be my go-to for complex plumbing issues because the overall experience has been good.

Eric was awesome! I called them because of their rating and proximity to my place, and I can see why they have 5-stars! I needed someone to do a sink install right away and they had someone out within an hour! Very friendly, prompt, communicative and they did quality work. Would recommend to anyone. Very happy!

Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.

Mike S. came to our rescue. First, he came on time then he was able to find our shut off valve from the outside. Our house is old when we bought it. He replaced it with a new one and relocated it where it was very accessible. The shut off valve was in an awkward place but he worked very patiently and worked/ fit himself in a very small space where the valve was. I told him he was like a gymnast, very flexible working in a small space. Then he worked next in the bathroom/shower where he had to correct the leakage, installed new hardware, etc. He was a like a surgeon and a dentist with his little mirror making sure that everything was perfect. Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

I'm a painting contractor and my client hired these guys to fix some plumbing while we painted the house. I was very impressed by their professionalism. They came out to do the work within 24 hours of my client requesting a bid, they wore shoe covers in the house, and were very efficient while working. I would highly recommend Cesar and his crew!

Point Loma Electric & Plumbing has been a great business to work with! I have used them for multiple services and have found each person that provided the service was consummate in their skills and professional in their delivery of service. My home is over 50 years old and as a result, remodeling requires vendors that have that expertise. Usually if not, they tend to oversell remedies that aren't always necessary. I have found Point Loma E&P to not only NOT oversell, but to be honest, transparent and economical with their pricing. I have had an electrical survey, electrical repairs & plumbing repairs. They even turned me on to other vendors with similar practices for remodeling services that they do not handle in-house. Overall, I feel extremely lucky to have found Point Loma E&P and have tossed business cards of like vendors. Whether you have an older home or not.... Point Loma Electric & Plumbing is the only vendor to use!!
