Best Hydro Jetting in San Diego CA

I contacted Discount Plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement. Their tech Antonio came and gave me a reasonable quote and was awesome. I told him I would contact him when I received the faucets so he can do the job. When I called him he said he could come Wednesday at 4pm, or would call me if he couldn't make it and would be at my home for sure the next day Thursday at 4pm. He never showed up or called me, I had to call him and he didn't answer. I called the main number for the business and the person who answered said that the window was from 4-6pm which I was never told, I was told he would be at my house at 4pm as I specifically told him I needed to leave by 5:45pm. The person on the phone apologized and scheduled it for Friday with a window of 2-4pm and even offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Friday 4pm came and nothing, I called the office and the person that answered said Antonio would call me. Never did. This is beyond bad customer service and completely unreliable. A phone call would have done it to say hey something happened or we can't do your job. But nope, nothing. Will never contact this business again.

As far as speed goes these guys get 5 stars. They were the first out of ten to respond and they immediately said they could send someone out that day. The REASON they can I guess is because most people go into cardiac arrest when they see the estimate. I had installed a new sink. I had the drain pipes in place but they were leaking. I also had to have the disposal hooked up and the hose from the dishwasher hooked into the air gap. I was correct in thinking it was about 2 hours worth of work. The first estimate was for $1,550. When he first said it I thought wow, great price, $157! Nope, $1,557. I had the appropriate response after that, WHAT? We got it down to $760 by agreeing that we could use the plastic pipes I had in place. He was done in 2 hours, used one of their parts.If you have a dire emergency, then call these guys. If you're worried in the LEAST about the price, then don't even consider them. The guy that came was very polite, quick, courteous .. . but $760 for 2 hours of work and ONE 4 inch pipe? How can it be justified? They know if you called them then you MUST be desperate and they're going to take advantage of it.

Hot water heat failed, and they were very responsible, coming out that day. They analyzed the problem, advised us of a few options, and then replaced the water heater in a very timely manner!!! Thank you for the great job!

Very pleased with EZ Plumbing USA services. I called them for drain cleaning after reading their reviews on the internet. The plumber Peter was really nice and he cleaned the drain and pipes connected to it. He also gave me a few tips on how I can keep the drain clean and avoid the clogging. I have never experienced any problem after taking his service. You must call EZ Plumbing USA if you need a plumber in Orange County.

We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish!
