We had our annual furnace inspection done by Eduardo A from Anderson. His service, attention to detail, and patience were exceptional. He put shoe covers on his feet before entering the house, answered all questions asked of him regarding specs on the furnace. He was polite, professional and his work ethic is commendable. Excellent decision in hiring him, continue the great work.

I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company. I could not be more pleased with the service! I called Bill Howe at 8:30am and explained a major plumbing issue that I feared would put me out of my house for days. I was offered an opportunity to schedule an appointment for the 9am to 12pm window for the same day. In less than an hour of my initial phone call, I was contacted by Giovanni who had arrived at my house ready to complete the repair. His availability to work around customer schedules blew me away. He clearly established the project goals, took the time to effectively communicate his recommendation to me and quickly took action to complete simultaneous repairs. After the plumbing was repaired, Giovanni was joined by Alejandro to evaluate the damages. Both employees were extremely transparent about the project’s progress and continuously produced more than expected. I was nervous about having my high-maintenance energetic dog in the house, however, both employees were very comfortable. This is a great company to hire for pet owners.For a new San Diego resident, the first time contacting a plumber in the area was nerve-wracking. I could not have been any more pleased with the attitude, ethics and results produced by this company. I highly recommend Bill Howe and especially the two employees who helped me today.

Michael was awesome. He was super conscientious and explained all our options. I totally trusted his recommendations. Rather than rip up all the pipes and replace them as our only option, which another plumber told us we needed (to the tune of $35k), Michael gave us several different options, which cost much less. I’d use PAWS again in a heartbeat.

Daniel was fast and efficient. He is very pleasent to work with and kept us informed as to what the project needed, the time to complete and parts necessary. A very good experience for us. These guys are our go to plumbers and have been on more than one occasion.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone. So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

The plumbers were friendly, courteous and did amazing work in a timely manner. They are priced fairly for the quality. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It was the first time I found myself in the need of a plumbing repair, so I didn't really know what to expect. After Isai and his team arrived and I explained my issue, they immediately knew were to look and Isai gave me a very detailed/technical explanation on what was going to be needed and the reasons for it. What I liked the most is that he made me feel very confident on the cost and work to be done. The results were great and would definitely recommend without a doubt!

They have fixed many plumbing leaks for me and have always been very honest with their work. I've also seen them do sewer repairs before and it really needs to be done, as those can cause a lot of damage to your home if not fixed properly. I know that hiring a plumber can be very nerve wracking so I want to give sincere feedback.We had a clog in the drain behind the bathroom sink (beyond the p trap), I had a feeling the corrosion of the cast iron was likely causing the problem - long story short Vlad replaced the section of drain/pipe in the wall which I believe saved me several thousand dollars as I was once quoted to have the whole line replaced.We would absolutely hire Vlad again as he’s very honest, skilled, straightforward and strong!
