I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

They give realistic time frames for arrival and work very quickly. They even noticed a small problem with our toilet and fixed it free of charge before cleaning up their work area. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Jorge A from ALMCO was awesome. Came in fixed my drain and provided detailed explanation and recommendations. He did a great job and was quick and efficient. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout. I called Easy Flow Sewer & Drain and they were able to quickly come over to take care of my problem. The process was painless and they fixed it quickly.

We needed some additional outlets installed in our garage. Called Pt. Loma Electric and they sent a truck out a few days later. The two technicians Rolando and Michael were very efficient. Eric and Tony are AMAZING!!!! Like. I own a small business in normal heights. And I can not recommend Eric and Tony enough! Because quite a few times they have spent the time to figure out plumbing situations for our building, and went above and beyond to help. Their pricing is amazing, in fact they have stopped by and have left without having me pay! I feel like they understand the pressure small businesses are in right now, and I feel like they genuinely want to help and care. They share alternatives so it’s not too pricey as well, which I really appreciate since we don’t have that much money to spare, but of course need the plumbing to work as a business and they do this for a living! I am so thankful for them and their time forever. I very much recommend, even if it’s a day or two wait because you’ll get your moneys worth, your time and someone who cares!
