All of the above. I called in for a question about service for a pipe leak. Kevin with Joey showed up in less than 30 minutes. This was not an emergency call either. Kevin assessed the situation and provided several levels of service depending on my needs. Once selected, they went right to work. I had a bigger issue than I thought, he explained very clearly what the issue was and how I would like to proceed. It did cost a little more, but he gave me a full breakdown of the service. Both Kevin and Joey were very professional about the job and got it done in less than 2 hours right then and there. I thought this was going to be an all-day job where they would have had to come back. But now I don't have to wait and have hot water throughout my house once again. A big thanks to Core Plumbing. Our technician, Chris B., went right to work & had the job done quickly, even though the outside temperature was 100 +. He was very professional & friendly. We couldn't of had a better experience. I had two issues and thought I knew what was causing it. Chris was thorough and professional. He did not do the work I requested because he determined it was a different problem. He did not try to do unnecessary work and charge me for it - he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.I am extremely happy with the service and have put Bill Howe in my contacts on my phone so I can use them in the future.

Our water heater was not heating the water, so we decided to call EZ plumbers for a quote. Robert answered the call in no time and gave us a fair price. He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. They replaced the intire main sewer line. Everyday they were here they were respectful, polite and always had a great attitude. They treated us like family. Beecher, Marcus, Ronnie and Xavier were always on time. Always up front about everything and went the extra mile without the extra charges. Anything I ask them to do they did. They were a pleasure to be around and I would hire them again and agian. I wish more company's treated thier customers like My plumbers did. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Their service and customer service is excellent. Their pricing is very high for water heater installation. We were quoted $4k for a water heater+install, and paid $2k for the same unit+install with a different reputable licensed company.

So glad I found Morey. Had a different company come out to check on air conditioning. Long story short, he couldn't seem to fix anything and tried to get me to replace it with a $5k model the next day. Obviously I needed to call someone else. The tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.

My water heater was leaking and Jonnie Brayall was available to come out on a holiday weekend to repair it. He was very knowledgeable and inspected and explained the various components and provided several options. On top of looking at my original issue, he went beyond and tested the water pressure and thermal expansion. We now know what to look for in the future as he made sure to pass knowledge on.
