Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. If you need any plumbing or drain help, call Fuentes. You will be happy with the result.

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

Our techs Jonnie and Richard were absolutely amazing. Jonnie had originally came out for the quote on replacing the water heater. He gave our family all options available from the most budget friendly to the top of line. He was transparent of what needed to get done. Jonnie and Richard came back out recently to change our home’s 39 year old regulator. They arrived on time, kept us in the loop for everything and their work was absolutely impeccable. They were so professional and friendly that they definitely gained loyal customers. Great thing is that their company - you have the ability to request your tech and trust me that’s a real game changer.
