He was great to work with, explaining the reasoning for his recommendations and providing various options. He worked a long day to get the job done and more importantly, get it done right! They send you text msg with tracking of technican so you'll know when they show up. Technician Matthew Stanion was courteous, wore mask and shoe protectors when going in the house. Chris called 30 minutes before my appointment and arrived right on time. After a quick and thorough inspection of my plumbing he fixed the problem promptly and kept me informed of his progress the entire way. Chris was friendly, professional and is a true master of his craft.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

William was very courteous and detailed in his work. They were able to get out quickly and even sooner than their time window. They cleaned up the area extremely well and were respectful of our home.This company overall is great from the moment you call in. I would highly recommend them.

Calvin Pritchett showed up 15 minutes early which was appreciated to install a garbage disposal. A simply garbage disposal removal and install a new one I'd already purchased. Seems simply yet still took about 10 minutes to come up with a quite. They wanted $447 to remove my old one and install the new. Should only take about an hour. Calvin was nice and polite but for such an outlandish quotes I simply told him no. He called his boss supposedly to check on a better price and the answer was a firm No. Also no discount was offered as a senior.

Emory Plumbing was referred to me by a family member who has used their services off an on for many years with great results. They lived up to their reputation with my first service call. After two handyman had tried to troubleshoot a malfunctioning shower and advised I'd probably have to rip out the handle mechanism by making a hole in the wall, I called Emory for a third opinion. Their plumber showed up on time and did not leave until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. (..and it did not require making a hole in the wall but instead was a faulty part). I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise and won't hesitate to call Emory first next time.

The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Price was fair and without any 'hidden' last minute add-on surprises.Very satisfied with the Service provided and the Personnel.

Jonnie did a great job replacing our hot water heater. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered. There was no pressure to upsell. He just wanted to find out what would work best for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.
