We have lived in Mission Hills since 1973, and we have relied on Powers Plumbing for all our plumbing needs and problems - sewer blockages, replacing water heaters, leaking pipes, installing sink faucets, etc. They have always been unfailingly helpful, flexible, generous with their time, reliable in appointments, and expert in their work. We have recommended them to our neighbors and friends. We think they are an exceptional value to our community and to San Diego at large.

Prices on their website are completely false. They look reasonable until they get to your place and change double, then try to rope you into some sort of package deal!! They are deceptive and everything is bait and switch. Don't trust this place!!

This was my first time contacting a plumbing company for a repair on my home and couldn't have been happier. I really appreciated the upfront pricing - they explained this over the phone. Eric T. arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and after hearing my explanation and looking at the PRV valve he knew that was the problem. He also suggested replacing the main shutoff valve because of the age and I knew it was an honest recommendation and not just trying to sell additional services. Eric did a great job with the repair and everything looked just as it did after he left, with the exception of a nice new pressure regulator valve. I'd definitely use Anderson again!

Our water heated had a crack and was leaking water this morning. My mother and father had used Bill Howe Plumbing about 5 years ago and they were great ... the engineer that came out was so nice and professional.This prompted me to call Bill Howe this morning. It was great to speak to a live person, them have our plumber call us within 30 minutes. So quick! Corey Koenen was our plumber and both my husband and I were both very impressed with his knowledge, professional yet friendly, and so very, very polite. He did an outstanding job in our hot water closet. You can just see his work ethic is 100% .... he is hard working, goes over everything with you, cleans up when he is finished and took the time to go over our new water heater with us.Corey Koenen is an excellent representative to the Bill Howe company. They were super responsive via text. The parts were delayed 2 weeks and Aaron, the service manager, stayed in touch to inform me about the status of parts and they installed as soon as the part came in.

We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

It was a small leak, but they came out same day. He noticed the hose had a lot of corrossion (it did) and he got that done same day too, and threw in some helpful tips and freebees to help with that side of the house.
That was my third time using them and so far everyone has been solid

I always call Diamond Ace for plumbing issues because they are prompt, precise, courteous, professional, and responsive to what the task involves. Recent kitchen faucet install included entire re-piping of very old plumbing. The job is great and I am so pleased to be partially upgraded after one appointment. I highly recommend them!

Angel and Juan provided top-notch service, above and beyond the call of duty, replacing the water valves for a new washing machine to be installed. This wasn’t the simple valve replacement that I can do. It involved cutting drywall, replacing the valves, soldering new valves onto internal plumbing, etc. They moved our washer (and dryer as a courtesy). They cheerfully installed a new dryer vent for me. Really, above and beyond normal expectations. Price was competitive vs other company bids, plus John Padilla Plumbing offered a 5% Senior discount. Super service, good price. 5 Stars!!

Very positive experience with this company. Alex found that we had several fractures in the heat exchanger among other things and recommended to change out our furnace. He came out the next day and talked to us about our options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. After the install he walked us through everything they did and answered all of our questions. Did a great job cleaning up! We will definitely be contacting this company for any heating and cooling service.

My friend had an emergency situation at her house in point loma and the only san diego plumber that answered the phone at all were these guys. Granted it was like 1am. We were busy trying to keep the carpets from being totally destroyed (a pipe had burst) so we didn't even notice he had showed up lol. After a short time the plumber was able to stop the water from flowing everything and destroying the house!

Anthony was great! Friendly, courteous, and timely. He had the part on hand and was able to fix the system right away. The office was great too. I hadn't written down my appointment time and was able to easily call and find out the time. They also called to remind me the day before and Anthony called to say he was on his way.
