This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. Ideal is the best. In 2008 they installed my air conditioning system. Every 6 months or so I have them do a routine check on the heater and the air conditioning unit. They are very thorough, all the technicians are fabulous. Ideal routinely services and maintain my mom's A/c / heater unit as well.

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

I have found Morey Heating and cooling company to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies.I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn’t smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. I rarely give bad reviews, but Ace Contracts is so horrible I felt a duty to warn others of their poor workmanship and unethical behavior. They installed a faulty valve that leaked and destroyed my bathroom. You can see faulty valve with plumbers putty around it. They knew it would leak that's why they put putty around the joint. The contractor Gonzalez who did the work admitted fault and promised to repair the damages but the manager Cort has refused to do anything. Run from this company if you need plumbing work.
