I had the plumbing replaced including the plumbing for the kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and the cast iron sewer line underneath the house replaced. I also had approximately 56’ of sewer re-lined.Patrick came out to do the sink plumbing and sewer line replacement. He did a phenomenal job. He was professional, and the work looks stellar.Zach and James came out to do the lining. They also did a fantastic job. They even took the time to write up a note for my neighbor who wasn’t exactly pleased to learn that we share a sewer line. They went above and beyond.Melissa was my contact with the company, and she ensured everything went as planned.Overall, I am very happy with the work completed. I would hire these folks again or recommend them to others.

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

I called ARS rescue rooter to come fix a tub sprout mess from a previous service, they broke the volve in the middle. See attached picture. ARS technician Eduard Kroshchuk did an excellent job. He first spent time to measure and cut an exact place on drywall from behind the broken volve, he then cut off the wood behind the drywall, and then use the tool to take off the broken volve. After that he installed the new volve and Soldered the pipe. Every step was doing with professional and care. I’m more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Eddie for his outstanding work.

They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. We had a terrible experience using ACE contractors. We needed to have our water heater replaced and the plumber they sent out was incompetent and negligent. During the repair the plumber said that he had to leave to get a part, and my wife went to check on the progress of the work. To her horror my wife discovered that something had gone terribly wrong with the replacement of the water heater, as the floor to our garage was flooded in water. The plumber had never notified us that our garage was flooded. Many items in our garage became water damaged as a result. Our pool table, a ping pong table top, a book shelf, numerous books including my wife's yearbook from high school, artwork that my daughter had made and various other items were all water damaged. Not only did this plumber not tell us about what he caused, he also never even apologized for causing so much damage to our stuff. Long story short, do not use ACE contractors!

I always call Diamond Ace for plumbing issues because they are prompt, precise, courteous, professional, and responsive to what the task involves. Recent kitchen faucet install included entire re-piping of very old plumbing. The job is great and I am so pleased to be partially upgraded after one appointment. I highly recommend them!

In short, a mistake was made in the diagnosis of the water heater's issue, which lead to an overpriced quote and my 1 star review. We all make mistakes, and the effort Carini Plumbing made to make things whole reflects excellent business practice. I do appreciate Mr. Carini's sincere effort to run a trustworthy business that continually improves on their quality of service, and ensures that customers are satisfied.

I truly appreciate Tom's honesty and integrity. I have used Tom's company over the years to install a water heater, install and repair toilets, replace angle stops etc. What I respect about Tom is that he charges per job and not hourly.
