What a Professional! Michael G. was my service tech. Called Anderson to test the line pressure in my new mini-split system. He was thorough, professional and most of all took the time to educate about my system and how best to maintain it. Really felt he went above and beyond. Will definitely use them again.

I have used this Roto Rooter for different services in the past and always recommend them. The staff is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They always explain the problem, give us options and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Plumber showed up on time (early, even!). Replaced our broken disposal. Super professional, and left the kitchen cleaner than he found it.

Ideal is the best. In 2008 they installed my air conditioning system. Every 6 months or so I have them do a routine check on the heater and the air conditioning unit. They are very thorough, all the technicians are fabulous. Ideal routinely services and maintain my mom's A/c / heater unit as well.

Our installer (Jonathan) did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He fixed a lot of the issues with the original install of the previous water heater, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he didn't hesistate to answer any questions I had for him. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you so much!

We had a terrible experience using ACE contractors. We needed to have our water heater replaced and the plumber they sent out was incompetent and negligent. During the repair the plumber said that he had to leave to get a part, and my wife went to check on the progress of the work. To her horror my wife discovered that something had gone terribly wrong with the replacement of the water heater, as the floor to our garage was flooded in water. The plumber had never notified us that our garage was flooded. Many items in our garage became water damaged as a result. Our pool table, a ping pong table top, a book shelf, numerous books including my wife's yearbook from high school, artwork that my daughter had made and various other items were all water damaged. Not only did this plumber not tell us about what he caused, he also never even apologized for causing so much damage to our stuff. Long story short, do not use ACE contractors!

Also, because I was actively speaking/presenting on a zoom meeting while he was working, without even being asked he very kindly worked worked around it by warning me each time, so as not to interrupt with sudden noise, and did so with a smile. We recently installed a split air conditioning system using Carini Air. We were very pleased with the sales representative and the installation team led by Mark C. The job was finished early and the workmanship was excellent. The entire team worked to keep our home clean and neat during the installation and were excellent at explaining each step and then taking us through the maintenance and operation of the unit. Very pleased with our experience.

UPDATE 8/17/2020: Tarpy has gone out of its way to make me a happy Tarpy customer! After the AC was installed, we noticed that one of our vents was not pushing air through it, well it was but it was very light.I called and Jared came out and recommended increasing the vent size. Tarpy took care of everything! I didn’t have an extra expense, they just wanted me happy!Arty and Chris were scheduled to perform the recommended fixes. Both Arty and Chris were polite, respectful and very nice. They performed the tasks and now I get the amount of air that exceeds my expectations! I am so happy that I chose Tarpy. I doubt another company would have gone above and beyond to make a customer as happy as Tarpy has done for me! After an inspection, we sat down to discuss our options. He took his time to answer my questions and went over the options. After making a decision at 5:30 pm on Friday, Jessica was available to assist over the phone. Jared contracted Scott, the owner, to help us with getting the best deal ever! The Ken the scheduler was supposed to call on Monday but called to schedule installation at 6 pm on Friday! It seemed like the ENTIRE company was ready to assist me. That made me feel like an important and valued customer. After waiting for 11 years to get air conditioning it made me feel confident in the decision I made to go with Tarpy. Plus they were always on time kept me up to date on what they were working on and kept me involved in decisions. Steve was just amazing, he would still what he was doing to answer my questions, and would take the time to explain things when I didn’t understand. Plus they are both just very nice guys and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood everything before leaving.

Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs. Beautifully replaced and installed, customer service was awesome...make sure to speak with Tricia Parks (Operations Manager) she'll make sure you're all your requirements are completed to your satisfaction.
