John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. We have been using Master Plumbing for years and all were good until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us the estimate a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the pricing was very unprofessional. We should have called for another company.Master Plumbing used to give estimate for the job when you called. They didn't do it this time and let the Technician that came to your house to give out the number. We never had to call another plumber for a second estimate. But we will have to from now on.
