I called a few places to check out a drain. Team rooter was responsive. They gave me an estimated time right away and a few updates along the way, which for someone looking for urgent service, is quite helpful. I met the technician on property, his name is Nicholas. He was professional, friendly and good at what he does. Best of all, they did not charge me for sending a technician out to diagnose.I will definitely use them again in the future as I have used a few plumbing companies in San Diego before and Team Rooter stood out for its professionalism and responsiveness.Thank you!

Our water heater was not able to heat the water, and it was leaking too. So, my friend suggested All Star Plumbing & Restoration to fix my water heater, I called them, and the same day they were at my doorstep! They provided the best customer service and were honest about the best options. They helped us understand the issues, gave some additional tips on pipes in our home, and fixed the water heater in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to All Star again!

American plumbers arrived on time, were neatly dressed, polite and professional. Justen and his apprentice came, and had shoe covers on. They were able to unblock my main drain, and able to correct another problem I had. There was a small additional charge, but was expected. BTW, they took pictures of a round plastic item the Tile people accidentally dropped down toilet. It was on the end if snake. I will need additional work soon, and will have them do the job. This is the second time I've used them.

There technicians were punctual, resonable, respectful, and great at troubleshooting our plumbing needs.They explained what needed to be done step by step and were very professional. I called Almco after-hours recently for a ceiling leak in a downstairs unit. They responded quickly and sent out a technician within the hour. Daniel found the leak fast and replaced the section of pipe that caused the issue. He was in and out within 2 hours. We’ll be using Almco for future repairs!

This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project -- rewiring the electrical.
