Received excellent service from Tony and Christian, who were sent to my place to fix a leak at the base of a toilet and to replace the water valves to the toilets in the house. Tony explained all the work to be done in great detail, and the work was finished in a timely manner and was very high quality. A++ experience. I had pipe start to leak about 1 month ago. Called Anderson Plumbing and they were able to get someone out to my house quickly. Chris B. fixed the leak and then recommended a whole home filter system to prevent future leaks. I called this week to have the system installed and they still honored the quote given to me from a month ago. Chris came back out to my home and installed the system in a timely and professional manner. The work was top notch. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Recommend Highly!!!

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

Been using Plumbing Tree for years. Appreciate their skilled employees so I call when needed. For many years they charged by the hour and since they earned my trust I liked the hourly method. This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

Everyone I interfaced with at this company gave above average customer service. They identified the problem, fixed it, and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were also careful to clean up after doing their work, which is sometimes an issue with plumbers. I would recommend Fuentes Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again.

Good service but high price.

They came out within an hour and gave me a really fair price for the job. The workers were professional, friendly, and very fast at what they did! The job looks amazing now that it's done! Thank you for helping me make my bathroom look brand new again!

Disappointed... Looked to work with local, family owned biz that didn't do a ton of advertising (adding to cost) to clear kitchen drain. Tech came out (nice enough) but seemed too quick to call boss (Javier) to camera the line. His answer for cheapest, best solution was to dig up slab (through hardwood floor). Called several other providers and another outfit came out next day, assessed, jetted line and camera confirmed for 1/5 the cost. Be wary of scare tactics and upsell.

We had a sewer backup on a weekend and ARS got us on the schedule for a drain snake on a Sunday. Ruben was very kind, quick, and professional (and was great with our excitable dog). He and his supervisor came back the next day to inspect our drain and propose a repair and they were both great. Service was extremely reasonable. We'll be adding Ruben and ARS to our toolbox of contractors from now on!

Saúl and Pablo were very profesional and knowledgable. They did a really great work on a broken pipe and a very clogged kitchen and laundry drain. I will definitely recommend them to other and continue using their services when needed.
