We are glad to have the option of a tank less water heater , even though, financially, we may replace it in the future. I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a clogged shower drain that store products wouldn't clear. The technician that responded was friendly and professional. He worked on the drain for about an hour before it finally cleared. He's a good man and I appreciated his persistence. The cost of the work was a little pricey, but the tech was really good.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

I had a pipe burst under my house and upon reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and schedule an estimate. Mauricio was the plumber that came out and he was very nice, helpful and detailed about what needed to be fixed. They’re quote was better than a few plumbers we had come by and quote me so I hired him for the job and once he was done he again thoroughly explained what was done and what caused the pipe burst. He gave me with the old pipe and even sent me pictures of his work before and after! I definitely recommend them and if you go with them ask for Mauricio! I will continue to use them for future plumbing needs!

So glad the Reviews were legitimate. Had bathroom sink hose burst and flood bathroom and tiled living room about 4 in the morning. Was going to diy until I attempted to remove the hose and the hose broke off the threads on the wall connection. Called community plumbing from the detailed reviews. They arrived when agreed upon and fixed more than I expected since the other wall connection and hose were both looking like they were ready to go also. 5 stars +. Will be sure to call them for any future plumbing issues. Also used higher quality hoses and connectors. So will be returning the inferior parts I bought in the morning for diy.

I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours!
