My first interaction with this company, and I had a great experience. I had a plumbing issue at my condo so I reached out to their customer service late one night. I expected to hear back the next day. To my surprise, I received a response within the hour even if it was after work hours. And when I texted back close to midnight, their customer service rep Natalia was on top of things even that late at night. She had me scheduled in for the next day, and as scheduled the owner Devin showed up at my condo on time. He was thorough and professional and really took the time to address the issue. He even took time out to call services that he didn’t provide from a third party company because I needed them. Overall, great experience with an honest company.

Hector arrived within a 30min of my call , assessed the situation quickly , gave me a price and I agreed.The work was done as explained . I am very happy with the work Hector did. He was efficient, did every thing he needed to fix the problem !The company is quick to respond when called!Would definitely would recommend them .

The drain for my washer was backing up. Garret Joyner came out in a timely manner as a courteous and friendly professional. He was very intent on doing a neat, effective, and professional job. He was methodical in his approach and showed that he had both knowledge and experience. In managerial matters, he listened to the customer and readily consulted his boss. Because Garret was an outstanding in hid work we asked for him on a subsequent job. Because of Garrett, My Plumber will be first in our minds to do work for us and friends.

Adam was the right guy for the job! He is an experienced and a highly skilled plumber. He replaced the cartridges on my bathroom sink faucets and the tub/shower faucet. Adam was extremely efficient and meticulous. He is also a very pleasant and erudite gentleman.

Rooter and plumbing was an excellent experience they were on time each day accommodating to my needs and time. They were very clear about the details of the job and expected time line.

I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.

Plumbing issues are no one’s favorite. Especially homeowners as these repairs can be costly. You never know what the full situation will be until you have it looked at. I called 1st Response Plumber because they are local in the city in which I reside. I needed someone fast as I did not want to risk water damage. My water bill was getting ridiculous from the leak. The dispatcher I spoke with on the phone (Sarah) was so kind and put me at ease. She assured me that she would send her best plumber to our home to remedy the problem. She got me scheduled in no time. The plumber (James) arrived on time and was not only very professional but highly efficient. The problem was a toilet leak. James fixed it in no time. They repaired my faucet squeaky clean so now it’s nice and running and even better they were on time! I recommend this company for everything my cousin used this for his water heater and it came out good! So 10/10!!!
