Dashawn E. is a very professional, compassionate and excellent representative of Bill Howe. We had a clogged pipe backed up from our main line. Called Bill Howe for help and Dashawn arrived just 10 minutes after his shift began. Not only did he fix the problem, he taught me how to take better care of our pipes and also educated me on various draining methods. He did not try to oversell nor take advantage that I did not know what was necessary to treat the issue. Bill Howe - please put this man on the top of your list to reward! This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Garrett was right on time, and also explained everything to me so I knew exactly what the charges were going to be. When it came time to pay, there was not a penny more in charges, which I think is a great thing...so many companies tell you the basic charge, but there's always something else to make it more expensive. Not with My Plumber and Garrett. I'll definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Fuentes is the best in San Diego! I am so lucky that my landlord uses Fuentes for our apartment complex. I first used this company to find a water leak and the technician Sal was very thorough and professional. On a different occasion, I called him again and he replied promptly letting me know he could come by the next day. I reached out on that day in the afternoon and got no reply or explanation for not showing up. Was disappointed since I had great service the first time. A call or message would have been appreciated.
