I hired Core plumbing for a small leak in my rental unit. Though it wasnt super 'urgent', they understood the need of getting it fixed sooner rather than later.They were reliable, showed up the same day, and at the time frame they promised. The fix was quick and completed in the same visit. Very happy!The only thing I wonder is if their price is competitive to the market; due to the nature of the issue and at my tenants schedule, I didnt have time to shop around for pricings. Hopefully I didnt get ripped off, but i figure i saved on 'stress' and 'headache', so based on the service, it was 100% great.

Highly recommend Kyle Patch with Elite Rooter. We had a seized bolt in our kitchen sink that we couldn’t get off to change the faucet. I sent out a request to Elite Rooter and they answered super quickly and got someone out a couple of hours later! Kyle came out and he was able to diagnose the issue, cut off the seized faucet, and install our new one in less than an hour. He was super friendly and efficient, and pointed out a couple of other things he noticed that may need attention in the future. We’ll definitely call him for issues we have in the future. Have been calling them for all our needs for years. When our on demand water gave out they replaced it before it became a problem for us.

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

I had a semi clogged toilet and had received a quote from another company that was more than I thought it would be. So I opted out and went for another opinion. Andrew was the technician and he was super friendly, nice and informative, told me what he was going to do and did just that. He unclogged my toilet and was able to tell me what caused the toilet to clog and put everything back all under an hour. I definitely recommend them!

The underground pipes in our house were falling apart and clogged up. We had used ARS/Rescue Rooter before and had great service. So we called them again when the toilet backed up.
