Tenants called and said we had a clogged drain pipe that was due to a grading issue stated by the plumber they had come out. So I called Bill Howe for a second opinion since they first guy wanted 3,500$ to fix. Saul came out who has been to the house before and actually scoped the pipe to find out it was not a grading issue but a clog that was cause by feminine hygiene products. He recommended hydro jetting the pipes and check the drainage himself to see if it was indeed a grading issue which it wasn’t. The pipe was cleared and no issues since. saved me thousands, love the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Saul from Bill Howe.

My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

Have to add more to my previous review - to again sing Mason's praises. This time was a much bigger job - leak in shower that led to kitchen ceiling on first floor. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose, then came back ON HIS DAY OFF to fix the issue. Who does that? Someone who really understands customer service. He went above and beyond, and we got a very fair price for the work done. I think he's the best plumber we've every known, and we've known quite a few. Can't thank him enough...This is the best plumbing company! We have used them various times and never been disappointed. This time, Mason came out on a Sunday (no extra charge), and was able to come 5 hours early than we expected. He wore a mask, so took care to keep safe. He did the work quickly and professionally. They sent us a $50 off coupon that was very helpful too.We highly recommended and will use them again for all plumbing needs. Given all the times we’ve used them over the years, we’ve noticed they hire very skilled, professional, technicians. We have never had a bad experience.

We had a mainline clog, toilets didn’t flush, sinks didn’t drain… Scott & Bill came to the rescue! The cleared out the mainline & fixed our toilets all for a good price. Super friendly & efficient, I would use them again in the future, but hopefully no more plumbing issues & for now, everything works great!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called on Thursday about 3 pm and Affordable Water Heaters had installed our new water heater at a very reasonable price by 8 pm. The installer, Kellen, was on time, professional, competent, courteous and just a really nice guy. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The entire process from start to finish was a hasslefree and positive experience.I reached out to Carini for an HVAC repair, that trough a thorough inspection process deemed my current system ready for a replacement due to age, multiple failing components, and some safety concerns. Post-inspection, there was never any sales pressure. I was simply presented with the inspection findings, some recommendations, and ways that Carini could help me get back up and running.On install day, the technicians showed up early, explained the process to me, and then got right down to business. I was extremely impressed with all of the precautions the team took to protect my home from any damage. Tarps were laid out on the floors, doors were pulled where the equipment would be brought in and out, and roof access was chosen that would not damage shingles from ladder placement.After the install, the crew left my home cleaner than when they arrived, and I was given a detailed rundown of my new equipment and it's operation.I wholeheartedly recommend Carini and will definitely be returning to them for any of my future HVAC or Plumbing needs.

Sam G came out on a Sunday, assessed the leak source, offered to fix it now or during the week when less expensive for me. Very competent, very professional, very nice. Quoted me a weekday price then came back and handled it Tuesday and charged me that price even though I think he had to do a little more work after he started the process. Bottom line would absolutely use Bill Howe (and Sam G!) again.

I'm a renter and my property manager uses this company. They are scammers that come in and give minimal effort to fix this issue. Then claim they can't fix the problem and they'll have to come back with different equipment. They rack up billable hours leaving you with your plumbing issues unresolved. They have been used twice at my unit and both times was the exact same result. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
