I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

They came and fixed my unclogged drain. Mr. Daniel was great he knew what he was doing and he assured me that if something goes wrong within 90 to call his company and they'll come fix the problem. Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

Bill Howe has been parking a lot of their trucks in our neighborhood that is ALREADY tight on parking. I saw three of their trucks parked here the other day and its getting ridiculous. It started off with one and now they are slowly adding more. Please read Ashley's review, of course Bill Howe's response to the review is cordial there because it is public facing forum. Let's see if they hold true to their word by removing the trucks.

This company came to us thru our home warranty. They have missed several appointments and have been late several times as well. They came out to replace our water heater and were supposed to come back and pick up the old one, a week later and its still sitting for pick up. Their customer service is awful and they do not communicate late or missed appts. I will never work with them again.
