Technicians name was James. He came out to the house very quickly. Took him about half an hour to get here and another half an hour to complete the job. Within an hour everything was all done. Very polite and courteous service. Absolutely recommend to everyone, thank you James!

We just had our entire new cut in central heat/ac installed. I am beyond happy with work and service provided by everyone on Bill Howe install teams. I can’t say good enough things from the start to finish. Jason not only was very helpful during our intial appointment for quote. Jason also answered any questions I had throughout the process. Samuel and his team of installers were awesome completing the entire job. Samuel answered any questions and concerns I had. He made sure to communicate on any issues and what work they were completing. Jose came in to repair drywall from old wall heater taken out and new opened attic space. Jose was great and very professional. Jose patched up all the drywall and cannot even tell there were any holes before. The electrician hired by Bill Howe Mike Kennedy was great as well. He communicated wel and updated our outdated electrical panel and looks great.Thank you Bill Howe for the great work and service

We replaced our gas furnace and broken AC unit all at once and replaced it with an all electric heat pump system. Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.
