Mr. rooter came with issues from the start! They came and dug a 17 ft tunnel under my house to only find out they dug in the wrong area and had to restart. There was barley any communication, they would up and leave without saying anything and also left their trash in our yard. Problems got worse when they ended up breaking through the floor in our bathroom breaking a tile, while we waited on a decision from them on when and how they would fix it, they finished their job and we noticed the sprinkler system in our yard was broken as well! After weeks of waiting for a reply on fixing our tile we were just informed that they will not be fixing our tile because “it would cost them too much money”. We didnt ask for them to fix EVERYTHING they broke just the tile! And they refused to do that! I am applauded at the service we have received from them and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!! How unprofessional is it to come to do a job, break other things and not fix them! And reply it will cost them too much money! Well what about your clients!? We had to pay for this horrible job and now have to pay to fix the tile AND the sprinkler system! I’m extremely disappointed!

Originally we contacted another company to come and fix our ac that was not working in the middle of Texas summer. They stated they had availability and that they would be out within three hours. The tech from the other company called and said he was out of Freon and would not have anymore until tomorrow. My mother is on oxygen and the heat does not help. I then decided to call 1st Call and see if they had something available today. They said they would call first thing and try and get someone out. I said ok and thank you. I received a call from Ryan within 5 minutes of hanging up stating that he would be on his way in about 30 minutes and asked what is going on. He arrived and was very courteous and professional and willing to help. He was very straight forward and was very empathetic for the situation. Unfortunately she needed a new unit and he was very willing to work with us and he had it installed the next day due to the condition of my mothers health.With all that said, I will always choose them for any of my needs due to the level of professionalism and caring that was displayed. There are not a lot of companies that are left that actually care about people and not just the paycheck at the end of the day. He went out of his way to help and provide extra insight and honesty as well as quick service.

Caliente came out within 2 hours on July 4th and my problem fixed within a short time. They will be my first call any time I need a plumber.

I called this plumber at 8:11am on Friday the 24th for a backed up toilet said he would be here by 11:30 said he would be here after he picked up a permit in Helotes. Never got a phone call that he would be running late. Finally called him at 3:30 he did not answer so I left him a message. Finally got a call back after 4pm apologizing. This plumber did not even have the decency to give me an update as to his time frame. Called another plumber.

Kristian and Jose did an outstanding plumbing job today in replacing old pipes and pressure regulator. Poor guys had to bust up concrete to get to pipe connection since previous plumber did a really bad temporary fix after pipes burst in February ice storm and cut away piping threads! Kristian and Jose even applied foam insulators to existing pipes that were bare, replaced old knobs and washing machine water lines, and replaced huge cast iron container that houses pressure regulator with a smaller eco container. Very happy with my service today. Thanks Aramendia!!

this all happened and a reasonable enough solution was offered and accepted I'm still a little irritated by the whole thing but it is what it is at this point*ask for your AHRI rating and compare it to your selected seer rating when purchasing*I believe that I may have discovered an absolutely massive SCAM that could have affected thousands of people who have done business with this company...Ill start by saying they did in fact install an air conditioner. It does in fact work and i suppose all things considered this is a good thing. After that things go left ill explain.I called for a quote on a home air conditioning system and found that the salesman came very promptly and we discussed options for the unit i was going to select. After some consideration i chose the 18 seer unit as shown on his installation agreement contract and they came to install the unit and i was relatively pleased. My father calls me and tells me to call my electrical company to see if there were any further rebates i could get, there was a 650 dollar rebate for an 18 seer unit so i go about calling will fix it for the ahri certificate among some other things but this is the most relevant.i get the AHRI cert and it states i have a 16 seer unit (a lennox 16hpx condenser or outdoor unit). On my installation paper it states i have an 18 seer on my purchase agreement it states i also have an 18 seer unit. why the discrepancy? So i call and speak to the installation manager and he assures me this is standard business practice and i have received what i purchased its just a misunderstanding on my behalf.So i ask him the followingIs the only way to get what we actually agree on from you guys to get the 14 seer? which is the legal minimum standard for Texas?the installation manager agreed this was correct.i then ask him so if i buy a 14 seer i will get a 14 seer he says yes. And if i buy a 16 seer i also get a 14 seer he says yesif i buy an 18 seer you give me a 16 seer he says yes.I asked him how he came to determine that my system is an 18 seer system like by what standard they have developed can they disagree with every other possible rating?, he said to me we go by the highest possible seer rating and i said where did you get that information though? the manufacturer states this unit is only capable of 16.5 seer and you tell me its an 18 seer unit. my electric company tells me all i have is a 16 seer unit based on industry standard ratings. But i guess some thief at will fix it didn't think that anyone else would figure out their scam?don't worry they have a 365 day money back guarantee I may be able to let you kind folks know how well that works out.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far
